Even more coincidentally, Gu Yanqing pushed open the door and saw this scene!

"Jiang Yi!" His expression hardened, and he rushed over.

I smiled and retorted defiantly, "You're the ungrateful one, and you're the one who did wrong. If you're not afraid of retribution, why should I be?"

Gu Yanqing was about to speak when Jiang Yi, in his arms, groaned in pain, "Brother Yanqing..."

He looked down and saw blood at the corner of Jiang Yi's mouth, becoming even more anxious: "Jiang Yi, hang in there! I'll take you to the hospital right away. Hang in there!"
