Sisi had the women the bandits had kidnapped brought over.
The women looked at the bound bandits, then at the myna bird serving tea and water to Sisi and Lao Hei, and then at the soldiers in uniform.
The women were a little confused.
Finally, a woman in her mid-twenties stepped forward, looked at Old Hei, and asked, "Excuse me, who are you?"
Old Hei didn't say anything.
Sisi looked at the woman and said, "My surname is Yun, and I'm the sixth child in my family. You can call me Sixth Miss. I'm short of people to fight the enemy right now. These people have been conscripted by me. What are your requirements?"
The woman was surprised; she hadn't expected Sisi to be in charge here. "I want to kill them, is that alright?"
"No. I said they are my men now, and I want them to fight for me."
"Then... then I want to stab them a few times, is that okay?"
"Okay, but you can only poke in the butt." Sisi handed her a small dagger, about the size of a child's palm. "Go ahead, each person can poke three times."
"good."
The myna bird secretly rubbed its rear end. "Sixth Miss, what about us?"
"Forget about you. You surrendered to me willingly, while they were captured by me."
The myna bird breathed a sigh of relief; its rear end was safe.
The woman walked towards the bandit leader with a dagger in her hand.
The bandit leader wanted to cry. "Twenty! I'll kill twenty enemy soldiers!" He'd rather kill ten more than have his backside bruised and battered!
The other bound bandits quickly chimed in, "We'll kill twenty too! We'll kill twenty too!"
"Alright. I'll let them stop stabbing you since you're willing to kill more enemies."
Sisi put the dagger back.
The women were very unwilling to accept this.
Sisi looked at them and said, "I originally wanted to let you vent your anger and then give each of you two hundred taels of silver. Now, I'm giving each of you five hundred taels of silver."
"What are your plans next? Do you want to take the money home or choose one of them as your husband? The choice is yours."
"If you choose them as your husbands, I will give you half of the money they earn and the rewards they receive."
"You choose."
The first woman to speak looked at Sisi and said, "Can I only choose one? I want to choose several."
Sisi: "..." It's a lucrative business! "Okay, choose one."
The bound bandits shouted, "Thirty! Thirty! We'll kill thirty enemy soldiers!"
