He had barely finished speaking when Old Mrs. Tian rushed out of the house with a broom for sweeping the kang (a heated brick bed). "You old fool, if you yell at Gou Dan again, I'll knock you out!"
Xie Fugui: "..." Is this old woman possessed? "Old woman, don't get agitated. Old woman, those two siblings are probably sent by the imperial court."
Grandma Tian shook the broom in her hand. "I'd be happy even if those two siblings were sent by the imperial court. Are you still going to yell at Gou Dan?"

Before he could finish speaking, the broom in Old Mrs. Tian's hand flew over.

"Of course." Old Mrs. Tian picked up the broom. "I'll fight anyone who tries to stop me from leading my children and grandchildren to a bright future."
Xie Fugui: "..." It seems this old woman has made up her mind. Who will care about him if this old woman and her children and grandchildren all leave?
All he knows how to do is figure out weapons.
If this old woman and her children and grandchildren all leave, will he starve to death?
If he starves to death, will anyone collect his body?
