Jingyu Palace.
Jiang Xianhao, who had been in a coma for a day and a night, finally slowly opened her eyes.
When Jing Tan, who was washing Jiang Xianhao, saw this, she put down what she was holding and burst into tears of joy.
"Your Majesty, you've finally woken up."
As she spoke, she shouted again towards the door.
"Her Majesty has woken up."
Jiang Xianhao nodded and then smiled slightly.
How long did I sleep?
Jing Tan wiped away her tears and spoke in a hoarse voice.
"Your Majesty, you have been asleep for a day and a night, and His Majesty has been watching over you for a day and a night."
Before he finished speaking, Emperor Rongcheng rushed in.
He almost tripped over the threshold because he was moving too fast.
"Okay, okay."
He rushed to the bedside, grabbed Jiang Xianhao's hand, and his face was full of worry.
"Oh, that's great, you're finally awake."
He looked at Jiang Xianhao's pale face, her red-rimmed eyes, and her voice trembled slightly.
Jiang Xianhao looked at Emperor Rongcheng with a puzzled expression. She slowly raised her hand, gently stroking his face with her fingers, and slowly spoke.
"Wanshan, how come you suddenly look so old?"
Emperor Rongcheng paused, a fleeting look of surprise flashing in his eyes.
Because Jiang Xianhao hadn't called her that in a long time.
I haven't touched her face like that before.
Before Emperor Rongcheng could speak, Jiang Xianhao had already slowly sat up.
Where is this place?
How did I get here?
Jing Tan and Yun Shu exchanged a glance, their eyes filled with confusion.
"Your Majesty, what are you saying?"
"This is the Jingyu Palace where you reside!"
Jiang Xianhao was even more puzzled.
“Gyeonggu Palace? Aren’t I living in Inan Palace? When did I get to Gyeonggu Palace?”
As she spoke, she turned to look at Emperor Rongcheng.
"Wanshan, you didn't secretly move me here while I was asleep, did you?"
She even gave a cold snort as she spoke.
"If that's really the case, I'm going to get angry and ignore you, hmph!"
Emperor Rongcheng was completely stunned. Looking at Jiang Xianhao, he felt as if he were seeing Jiang Xianhao twenty years ago, right after her wedding.
His lips trembled for a moment before he smiled.
"Have you forgotten that you moved to Jingyu Palace because you complained that Ren'an Palace was too old and wanted to renovate it?"
Jiang Xianhao was filled with doubt upon hearing this.
"Yeah?"
However, looking at Emperor Rongcheng's face, she didn't care about any of that and simply reached out to stroke his beard.
"Why do you have a beard now?"
Emperor Rongcheng paused for a moment before explaining.
"It's because you slept for too long that I forgot to cut your hair."
"oh."
Jiang Xianhao nodded.
"Then you should go get your hair cut quickly. I'll go change my clothes too. After I'm done, I want you to come with me to fly a kite."
Emperor Rongcheng nodded, his eyes instantly reddening.
Flying kites was their favorite thing to do after their wedding.
Unfortunately, he became increasingly busy and tried to avoid her, so he gradually had no time to fly kites with her.
And Jiang Xianhao still remembers it now.
He hurriedly stood up and strode out.
When Emperor Rongcheng came out of Jiang Xianhao's room, his steps became a little unsteady.
He turned to look at the tightly closed door and then realized what was happening.
Jiang Xianhao seems to have lost her memory.
Her memories stopped after the Emperor and Empress's wedding.
It was also their happiest and sweetest time.
An hour later, Jiang Xianhao changed into a plain-colored outfit.
Emperor Rongcheng, dressed in his youthful clothes and having shaved his beard, slowly walked in.
Upon seeing him, Jiang Xianhao immediately rushed over excitedly.
"Ten Thousand Mountains..."
As she spoke, she took Shen Wanshan's arm and led him to the Imperial Garden to fly kites.
For several days in a row, Emperor Rongcheng accompanied Jiang Xianhao on various outings, as if they had returned to their youth.
He devoted himself to Jiang Xianhao, as if he wanted to make up for what he had missed over the years.
This left Emperor Rongcheng with no time to handle state affairs, so he temporarily entrusted Dexi and Prince Rui to manage them.
This was merely a temporary expedient, but in the eyes of the court officials, it conveyed a different message.
Consort Hui also felt that she had great power and an opportunity to take advantage of it, so she became increasingly arrogant.
Jiang Xianhao knew nothing about any of this. Emperor Rongcheng instructed everyone around her not to tell Jiang Xianhao the truth.
She lives in the dream of the past, unrestrained and flamboyant, just like back then, and the way Emperor Rongcheng liked her the most.
In the blink of an eye, another day had passed, and it was late at night on the fifth day.
Jiang Xianhao, on a whim, decided to invite Emperor Rongcheng for a drink.
Jiang Xian drank several cups in a row, and her face became flushed.
She blinked, gazing at Emperor Rongcheng with deep affection.
“Sinking Ten Thousand Mountains”.
She called his name, a smile playing on her lips.
Emperor Rongcheng looked up and heard Jiang Xianhao slowly speak.
"Have I not told you that I like you?"
I like you very much.
Emperor Rongcheng paused as he was about to pour the wine, the liquid slowly flowing down, and he didn't even notice it overflowing.
"What did you say?"
Jiang Xianhao's eyes were red, but she laughed freely and unrestrainedly, just like back then.
"I fell in love with you at first sight."
As Jiang Xianhao spoke, he paused slightly, his thoughts seemingly drifting back to those days.
