Chapter 12: Getting Rid of Bad Luck

"Mother, I want to pack up all of Kou Mingxue's things in our house and burn them. Is that okay?"

Gu Yunni pondered for a moment, then looked up at her mother who was busy in the kitchen.

She was stunned when she heard this. Kou Mingxue was no longer her child... Her biological daughter had returned. If Gu Yunni wanted, then it would be up to her.

"It's up to you."

After a moment, a burst of light-hearted words were heard.

During all these years, it would be a lie to say that Gu's mother had no feelings for Kou Mingxue as she had devotedly raised him.

Gu Yunni didn't say much, but packed up all the things related to Kou Mingxue in the house.

After Gu Yunni finished collecting, sweat was already pouring down her forehead. She looked at it coldly and decided to go to the courtyard, draw a tiger formation, and burn it.

Only in this way can the feng shui of their home be changed.

After all, it was because of Kou Mingxue that the feng shui of their home was messed up.

After placing the clothes around the yard, Gu Yunni bit her index finger, dripped blood in four directions, and recited silently.

"Phoenix destiny, Phoenix flying, Phoenix auspicious, broken."

Gu Yunni used her own life as a phoenix to destroy the jinx.

In this way, the connection between their family and the jinx was cut off.

Gu Yunni's mouth curved into a smile.

Gu Yunni took out a piece of talisman paper from her waist bag. This talisman paper had a fire pattern drawn on it and was called Fire Talisman Paper.

Its function is naturally the same as its name.

When Gu Yunni threw the talisman paper onto the clothes, a raging fire wrapped around the clothes like a ferocious beast, and in less than a moment the clothes turned into ashes.

Scattered black dots were flying around, and the little ghost had floated to Gu Yunni's side without anyone noticing.

Just as Gu Yunni turned her head, she saw a little ghost with a pale face and fingers as thin as dead trees behind her. Fortunately, she was the disciple of the master of metaphysics... Otherwise, ordinary people would be scared to death when they saw this scene.

"Why do you keep following me?"

She stretched out her hand and lightly touched the little ghost's eyebrows with her fingertips. A faint light emanated from the little ghost, and its eyes moved.

"Can you see me?"

The little ghost stared at Gu Yunni in amazement, obviously a little bit unable to believe it.

"Yeah." Gu Yunni said slowly.

The little ghost stared at Gu Yunni and stretched out his hand to touch her body, but it flew straight through the air. "You are not a ghost?"

A black line appeared on Gu Yunni's forehead. She thought the little ghost was an idiot. "If I were a ghost, shouldn't I be floating in the air?"

Too.

But his intuition told him to stay away from this woman.

The little ghost wanted to leave quietly while Gu Yunni was not paying attention.

"Oh, you want to leave so casually? Who gave you the courage?"

There must be a reason why this little ghost had been hanging around her house before.

If it weren't for the fact that this little ghost was young, Gu Yunni would have sent it to the eighteenth level of hell long ago.

"Big sister, I'm like a fairy from heaven, can you please pretend you didn't see me..."

"cannot."

Seeing the little ghost still moving around, Gu Yunni felt a little annoyed. She pinched her fingers together and suddenly, four talismans appeared around the little ghost. The talismans floated in the air, trapping him and making him unable to move.

"Beautiful sister, please let me go! I have never hurt anyone!" The little ghost explained hurriedly.

Gu Yunni walked up to the little ghost and placed her hand on the top of his head. The little ghost slowly closed his eyes. Suddenly, she realized what had happened before and after his death, and realized that he had indeed never hurt anyone.

"Why have you been hanging around my house?"

"I don't know..." He just felt that there seemed to be a spiritual power attracting him at that time, and he went over unconsciously.

Gu Yunni touched her chin and pondered carefully.

Little ghosts who have never hurt anyone should be able to be reincarnated, but why do they become lonely ghosts in the world?

She put away the talisman paper, sat on the stool beside her, crossed her legs, and said with red lips, "I don't believe you don't know. If you don't tell me, I will burn you with the Samadhi True Fire."

The little ghost was stunned. Suddenly, he knelt on the ground, thinking, "Because..."

Before he could finish his words, he suddenly heard Gu's mother's anxious voice calling him.

"Yun Ni, Yun Ni..."

"Oops!"

"Paint a tiger, paint its skin, paint its bones. Whether it's a human or a ghost, I can keep it. Collect it."

Suddenly, the little ghost felt a gust of wind pulling it, and the little ghost hugged the tree trunk next to it, "Beautiful sister, what are you doing?"

"Let go if you don't want to be torn to pieces."

Gu Yunni spoke anxiously, and as soon as she finished speaking, the little ghost immediately let go.

In the blink of an eye, the little ghost was successfully collected by Gu Yunni into the talisman paper.

Gu Yunni brushed off the dust on her body, turned around and walked towards the southeast.

After walking a few steps, I saw the extremely anxious Gu mother, looking around, looking for Gu Yunni.

"Mom, I'm here."

Hearing Gu Yunni's voice, Mother Gu turned around and trotted to hold Gu Yunni in her arms.

"Mom, I thought something happened to you."

Seeing the tears in the corners of Gu's mother's eyes, Gu Yunni's heart ached. She reached out to wipe away her tears and said, "Mom, don't worry. I'm fine."

Gu Yunni said with a smile.

"By the way, are the noodles ready?"

Gu Yunni pretended to be very hungry, with anticipation in her eyes, "I'm ready now. Where have you been? Why are there so many black spots on your head?"

Gu Yunni was shocked when she heard this. Oh no! She had just burned her clothes... Suddenly, she had a flash of inspiration and remembered that she had told her mother about this before.

"Mom, I just told you that I'm going to burn all of Kou Mingxue's clothes. Did you forget?"

Mother Gu suddenly realized, "That's right, let's go home."

She held Gu Yunni's hand and walked towards the house in front. Because of long-term work, Gu's mother's hands were covered with calluses, which made Gu Yunni's hands hurt a little, but she did not say anything, but felt warm in her heart.

Inside the Marquis of Changping's Mansion.

Mrs. Kou walked back and forth in Kou Mingxue's room, with beads of sweat on her forehead and extremely anxious.

"Why haven't you woken up in so long?"

Could it be that his daughter was really cursed by Gu Yunni?

"When will this master come?"

Mrs. Kou said anxiously.

Seeing the doctor treating Kou Mingxue next to him, he couldn't help but ask, "How is it?"

Because the master had not arrived yet, he was desperate and tried all kinds of treatments.

The doctor knelt on the ground with a thud, "Madam, this is the first time I've seen such a situation. I don't know anything about it."

He stared at the doctor kneeling on the ground and slapped him in the face.

"Pa!" The sound of a slap echoed throughout the room, and the doctor's face became red and swollen at a speed visible to the naked eye.

"Aren't you considered a miracle doctor? How come you can't see anything special now? You're really unworthy of your title."

He was already angry with Gu Yunni, and now he was taking it all out on the doctor.

The maids nearby all lowered their heads, fearing that they would be affected.

They all knew that the young lady was possessed by an evil spirit, and an ordinary doctor would not be able to tell what was wrong. Unfortunately, the doctor happened to run into the lady's anger.
