Chapter 415: Family Dinner
Li Rongsen and An Yan arrived at Mr. Li's residence. Dinner had been prepared there long ago. Even Bai Shu came to eat together today. Mrs. Li was so busy that she had no rest.
Rong Qian stood at the door waiting for them to come in.
When An Yan was about to enter the door, she took the initiative to hold Li Rongsen's arm.
Li Rongsen was startled and couldn't help but look towards An Yan. He heard her say, "The show has already started, hasn't it?"
"Yeah." Li Rongsen replied slowly.
Rong Qian was very happy to see them arm in arm. As she stepped back, she said, "You're finally here. The food has been prepared for a long time. Grandpa was worried that you wouldn't come."
"I was delayed because of something." An Yan explained to her.
"Come in quickly." Rong Qian signaled An Yan and the others to go quickly to the living room, where Mr. Li was waiting for them.
An Yan walked in front, and Li Rongsen followed behind her.
When Mr. Li saw them come in, he quickly stood up from the sofa and said, "How was your trip? Did you have fun?"
"Very happy." An Yan was the first to answer.
"Are you happy?" Grandpa Li looked at Li Rongsen and found that his grandson looked stupid and silly, as if he had lost his soul.
Li Rongsen quickly replied, "Very good."
"Everything about the wedding has been arranged. Now it's time for you to make your choices. What kind of wedding dress do you want to choose? Which store should sell your wedding candy? You have to do all these by yourselves. We can only help you up to this point." said Mr. Li.
Mrs. Li also came over and said, "Your grandfather has made a gift list for everyone. Just choose what you like."
"Your house has been fully renovated. Are you satisfied?" Grandpa Li asked Li Rongsen again.
"Very satisfied." Li Rongsen responded.
"I'm glad you're satisfied. From now on, everything must be put first with An Yan. Everything must be discussed with her." Old Master Li gave the order.
Li Rongsen nodded and said, "I understand."
An Yan walked up to Mr. Li and said, "Grandpa, please sit down. I'll take your pulse. Don't tire yourself out from all the hard work you've done recently."
"Not tired, not tired. I feel like I'm getting younger." Mr. Li said as he sat back on the sofa obediently.
"Yes, you are in good health. Just don't work too hard." An Yan said to Mr. Li after taking his pulse, and then said, "Don't worry about it anymore. Rong Sen and I will make arrangements."
"Grandpa has always dreamed of having a grandson and daughter-in-law like you, and now his wish has finally come true." Old Man Li laughed and said, "You don't know, I made Old Man Bai so angry, hahaha, he still ignores me."
Madam Li also smiled and said, "You two can't just ignore this matter forever."
"Let's wait until he calms down. I will introduce him to an excellent grandson's wife." Grandpa Li said proudly.
"An Yan, let's go choose a wedding dress together one day." Rong Qian said to An Yan with a smile.
An Yan nodded.
Bai Shu just sat there. He felt that Li Rongsen's expression was a little strange. He seemed happy, but also unhappy. He really couldn't understand him. However, An Yan was very cooperative and looked willing.
"There is just one more thing right now. When are you going to meet your family? I'm afraid Li Rongsen hasn't visited them yet." Old Master Li said.
This made Li Rongsen shudder. He said, "It seems there is no need to be so anxious."
"What nonsense are you talking about? You are about to marry someone's daughter, but why don't you go and meet your father-in-law? Li Rongsen was really helpless. He heard An Yan say, "I'll go in the next two days. I'll tell my dad first."

An Yan nodded and said, "My dad actually has no objection. He also hopes that I will marry him."
Li Rongsen could no longer figure out whether what An Yan said was true or not. He thought that he had never met An Yan's family, so why did she say that? What if she didn't like her?
"I feel relieved when you say that." Old Master Li laughed.
An Yan just watched Mr. Li happily.
Madam Li added, "It's time to sit down and have dinner. The food is getting cold."
"Yes, yes, let's eat quickly." Old Master Li gestured for An Yan to go to the restaurant with him.
Rong Qian pulled Li Rongsen's sleeve and said, "Brother, what's wrong with you? It's like your soul is not in your body. What are you thinking about? An Yan is more generous than you."
Li Rongsen just couldn't understand An Yan's thoughts. She was truly a natural actor.
Bai Shu stared at Li Rongsen as he entered the room and found that he had really changed a lot. It was a pity that he was completely unaware of An Yan's efforts for him. Thinking about his previous pursuit of An Yan, he felt a sense of regret.
Everyone has taken their seats in the restaurant.
Bai Shu naturally prepared food and drinks for Rong Qian, constantly putting food into her bowl, motioning her to eat more, and even peeled shrimp for her.
After seeing this, Mr. Li went to see how Li Rongsen treated An Yan. He found that he was only concerned with eating his own food and didn't care about her at all. Naturally, he was a little unhappy and said, "Li Rongsen, look at Bai Shu."
Li Rongsen then looked up at Bai Shu and found that he was putting a peeled shrimp into Rong Qian's bowl.
"This is the correct way to show your love for your wife. Why do you only care about eating yourself and ignore other people?" Old Master Li was extremely dissatisfied with him.
An Yan seemed to understand. She decided to take the initiative and immediately put the shrimps in her bowl into Li Rongsen's bowl and said, "Here, this is for you."
Li Rongsen glanced at An Yan and found that her expression was so natural, as if she was treating him well. He almost lost himself in a trance. He actually liked her a little, but he immediately thought of Yan Qingqiu.
"What's wrong with you? Why are you daydreaming?" Old Master Li was about to get angry.
Li Rongsen quickly took a bite of the dish and put it into An Yan's bowl, saying, "Here, eat this dish."
"That's not An Yan's preference!" Master Li frowned and said angrily. He thought to himself, this is still his grandson, and he is not even as good as an old man like him. An Yan never eats animal organs, and he can't even remember it.
"I just learned how to eat this." An Yan said as she put the large intestine into her mouth, "It's really well made. It shows the chef's superb skills. I can't even taste the smell at all."
This is why Mr. Li calmed down.
In order to ease the atmosphere, Rong Qian took a clean small bowl and put all of An Yan's favorite dishes in it. Then she stood up and brought it to her, saying, "Come, I'll get some food for you." While looking at Li Rongsen.
Li Rongsen has already memorized the dishes.
Mr. Li added, "Don't go back today. All of you should stay here and spend the weekend with an old man like me."
"How to live?" Li Rongsen asked immediately.
Old Master Li sneered and then asked him, "How do you want to sleep? Are you going to sleep in one room with Bai Shu and let An Yan and Rong Qian sleep in another room?"
"You're not married yet."
"Aren't you getting married soon?" Mr. Li asked with a serious face.
"It's not good for An Yan."
"How do you live when you travel together? Do you have separate rooms?" Mrs. Li took the opportunity to ask him about this.
