Chapter 50: Treating People First
"Anything could happen, a vegetative state, amnesia, or psychological trauma, all are possible." Mrs. Li answered him. She regarded Wang Lina as her daughter-in-law, so of course she was really worried about her.
Wang Lina mainly injured her head, so things became more complicated.
Li Rongsen stayed with her at Madam Li's request and called Sheng Mingjie to ask him, "How was Wang Lina when you stopped her?"

"She was in a car accident and is lying in the hospital."

This was a bit too much for Mrs. Li to bear.
Li Rongsen said: "My mother has never treated Wang Lina unfairly. You are going too far."
"You have learned to talk back now. You don't regard me as your mother-in-law." Mrs. Wang tried to shut him up again.
"Okay, stop arguing." Father Wang asked them to say less.
The two families finally quieted down and just sat there.
Suddenly, a person came from the other end of the corridor.
Li Rongsen looked over and saw that it was An Yan. He was extremely surprised, but Madam Li immediately went over to greet her warmly, took her hand, and said, "An Yan, I'm really sorry to have you rush over so late, but it's really urgent."
"It's okay, I'm just helping you." An Yan agreed to come because Mrs. Li was very nice to her.
"Who is she?" asked Mrs. Wang.
"Her name is An Yan. She is an excellent doctor. I believe she will be able to cure Lina. Maybe she will wake up soon." Mrs. Li was about to lead An Yan into the ward.
But she was stopped by Mrs. Wang. She said, "You are such a vicious woman. Don't you know that she has always wanted to interfere with the relationship between Lina and Rongsen? How can you let her treat it?"
"No, that's nonsense." Mrs. Li explained quickly.
"My daughter has already told me that Li Rongsen has been her closest friend lately. They're flirting with each other and being as affectionate as they can be. And you're still asking her to come and treat you. Aren't you going to kill her?" Madam Wang became increasingly agitated as she spoke, accusing him harshly. "If she's truly an accomplished doctor, that would be even worse. Wouldn't it be even easier for her to harm my daughter? She's their only obstacle now."
"There is absolutely no such thing." Mrs. Li denied it flatly.
An Yan was really confused. She said, "Let's treat her first. Isn't it the most important thing to wake her up first?"
"We don't need you to treat us, get out of here!" Mrs. Wang pointed outside and rudely ordered An Yan to leave.
"Aren't you going too far? I invited her here." Mrs. Li's attitude became a little tougher, and she protected An Yan behind her.
Li Rongsen gave An Yan a look, indicating that she should follow him.
An Yan didn't want to get involved in the elders' quarrel, so she followed Li Rongsen out and said, "It seems that they are not in a hurry. They are only concerned about quarreling and not worrying about whether their daughter can wake up."
"They are prejudiced against you."

An Yan looked at Wang Lina lying on the bed and suddenly found her strange. She said, "What did the doctor say just now? He said she might become a vegetable and we don't know when she will wake up."
"It means anything can happen." Li Rongsen nodded.
An Yan said, "Okay, let's start the treatment. Since it's a head injury, we'll start with acupuncture from the head."
"Are you serious?" Li Rongsen saw that An Yan did not take out the usual golden needle, but instead picked up a hard object and prepared to take action.
