Chapter 68 She is the Victim
An Yan felt that the road was wrong and asked her: "Where are you driving? This is not the direction of my home."
"I want everyone to see what a mistress you are. Everyone wants to see you now." The female driver drove the car to a busy area and stopped. Then she shouted to the people around her, "Come and see the mistress, the one who cheated on Wang Lina."
An Yan felt that this was no big deal. It had nothing to do with these people. Why should she get so excited? Moreover, they just relied on one-sided words and Wang Lina shed a few tears to determine that she was a mistress. It was ridiculous.
Some people have already gathered around.
An Yan didn't want to take action against them. After all, they were just ignorant ordinary people who couldn't see the truth of the matter. It was not their fault that their kind hearts were taken advantage of.

"Why are you here?" An Yan asked her.
"I was just buying some things nearby, and then I saw some people gathered in a circle. When I realized they were surrounding you, I came over." Xiaohua slowed down her breathing.
"Why are you helping me? I'll get into trouble. I'm their mistress now." An Yan bought a bottle of water from a nearby vending machine, then handed it to Xiao Hua and said, "Come, have a drink."
"I don't believe you are a mistress. That's all a lie. I know you are not that kind of person." Xiaohua said to her very confidently.
An Yan smiled and asked her, "Have you helped me find a house recently?"
"I've looked for one, but there's nothing particularly good. Please give me a couple of days." Xiaohua said to her somewhat embarrassedly.
"Okay, it's okay, take your time looking." An Yan didn't rush her and said, "Let's go home. It's too late."
Xiaohua nodded and said, "I came here on an electric bike. If you don't mind, I'll take you home."
"Okay." An Yan nodded, and then went to get the car with Xiaohua.
An Yan sat behind Xiao Hua, feeling the cool and pleasant breeze. She asked, "Has your family given you any trouble lately?"
"I seldom go home recently, so I'd rather avoid seeing you if possible," Xiaohua said.
An Yan thought this was a good thing, as that family was unreasonable.
The two of them soon arrived downstairs of their home, and An Yan said to her, "Be careful on your way back, and send me a message when you get home."
"I understand. Go upstairs." Xiaohua waved at her and went back.
And An Yan went upstairs.
She saw that An Yichen had returned, but was sitting on the sofa in a daze. She asked him, "Why aren't you sleeping yet? What are you thinking about?"
"Sister, you really are having an affair with Li Rongsen."
"What are you talking about?" An Yan sneered at him, then went to wash her hands, opened the refrigerator and took out a drink.
An Yichen frowned and reminded her: "Girls should drink less ice water, it's not good for your health."
"I don't have a cold body." An Yan didn't care. She didn't have the same physique as an ordinary person.
"I can actually accept Mr. Li as my brother-in-law." An Yichen said this sincerely, but his words almost made An Yan spit out the water in her mouth. She said, "What are you talking about? I have never thought about falling in love."
"Oh, so disappointed. I knew you were not interested in him." An Yichen said as he stood up and went back to his room.
"Come back here. What did that disappointed expression on your face mean?" An Yan motioned him to come back and explain clearly.
An Yichen turned around and said to her, "What's the big deal? You two are a good match."
"Go to sleep, stop thinking about random things, and study hard." An Yan felt that he was a little brat and didn't know what was going on in his mind.
She slept well that night. She had no worries and was not afraid of anyone causing trouble for her.
But the next day, there were some tricky problems.
An Yan couldn't leave her house. She didn't know where these people came from, but they actually found her doorstep. They were all girls, and some of them were older. She couldn't understand why they did this.
Fortunately, they were quiet and didn't make any noise.
An Yan ignored them and went to prepare breakfast first. Then she checked the news and saw that they were all articles denouncing Wang Lina.
Wang Lina occasionally goes to the entertainment circle to make herself known to the public. Although she is not a serious actor, she also participates in some reality shows, thus gaining some audience favor. What's more, she is a real socialite, which makes her even more popular among many girls.
That’s why this incident is more troublesome.
An Yan never thought that she would have to crawl to leave her home. It seemed that the security facilities in ordinary communities were not very perfect, and they let that group of people in so easily.
She went down from the balcony and headed towards the gate of the community. She saw a car approaching. It was Sheng Mingjie's car. He said, "Hurry up and get in, big star."
An Yan got in the car without a second thought, and her first words were, "You're such a jerk! You knew the architect I was looking for was Li Rongsen, yet you still acted like this."
"It's just a joke. I also want to give you a surprise. Are you surprised?" Sheng Mingjie looked very happy.
"I just want to beat you up." An Yan said to him coldly. Of course, she was trying to scare him. She was not the kind of person who would attack someone easily.
But Sheng Mingjie shuddered. He had seen An Yan's skills before, and immediately begged for mercy, saying, "Since I helped you out today, you should forgive me, right?"
"This has been going on for many days now, and it seems to be getting more and more exciting." An Yan said.
"That's right. How could Wang Lina miss such an opportunity? It's obvious that she wants to make things difficult for you and then force Rongsen to change his mind. Now public opinion is on her side, so you will naturally suffer." Li Rongsen thought it was necessary, and he was about to leave when Wang Lina came to him. She said, "I know what you want to do. Go public and say that I have had a different relationship with Xu Ye a long time ago, in order to clear you and An Yan."
