Upon careful recollection, a sudden realization struck him: "Ah! I remember now, isn't he the one who saved me at Qin Shisheng's door that day?"

I couldn't help but wonder to myself, "I don't know this woman at all, but why do I feel a strange hostility in her eyes? Could it be... that she likes Qin Shisheng?" Thinking of this, I frowned slightly.

Meanwhile, the men were chatting politely with each other, and the atmosphere seemed harmonious, but beneath this surface harmony, there seemed to be some unknown undercurrents surging.

I leaned gently against Ye Zimei and asked in a low voice, "Sister Ye, I feel like that woman's eyes were full of hostility when she looked at me?"

Then, when I turned around and looked at Qin Shisheng, the disgust in my eyes became even more obvious.

Just then, this subtle change in expression was noticed by Jin Buwei, who was standing nearby.

He thought to himself, "It seems that the person she was trying to avoid that day was Qin Shisheng. I just didn't expect that she still couldn't escape him in the end."
