After killing Emily's two bodyguards, the three men in black dragged them into their room and then casually came out again. However, when they came out again, they found that a tall, thin man who looked like a teacher was standing in front of Emily's door.
"Emily! Knock! Knock!" The unhurried knocking startled the three men in black who had just opened the door. "When did you arrive?"
Hearing the door open behind her, Li Jia turned around and looked at the three men in black standing inside. She nodded to them with a polite smile. Just as the three men were about to close the door and come out again, Li Jia, who was standing in front of Emily's door, suddenly turned around, kicked the three men who were trying to close the door into the room, and then stepped into the room herself. As Emily opened her door, she closed it behind her.
"Bastards!" After Li Jia kicked the three men into the room, they immediately pulled out daggers from their pockets. The leader uttered a word and lunged at Li Jia with the dagger in his hand as she closed the door, aiming the dagger straight at Li Jia's neck!
"A Japanese?" Li Jia dodged the dagger aimed at her neck, then suddenly lunged forward, her right hand instantly gripping the attacker's neck. With a powerful pull, she lifted the man and hurled him like a dart! The target was the wall not far away!
"Crack!...Thud!" The sound of a neck breaking and the sound of a body hitting the ground rang out simultaneously. After seeing their companion being thrown to his death like a dog by Li Jia, the other two men immediately felt fear and their daggers shot towards Li Jia without hesitation. Then the two men turned and ran towards the door.
Just as the two of them reached the door, their bodies suddenly stiffened, and a dagger stained with bright red blood appeared in front of their necks!
It was Li Jia who caught the dagger aimed at him and then casually handed it back to the two of them. However, it was clear that the two guys didn't have the same skills as Li Feng, and as a result, the sharp dagger went into their necks. They then collapsed against the door, clutching the doorknob, and died on the spot.
Li Jia found nothing useful on the three people. She did find a photograph of Emily in the arms of the man she had thrown to her death, but nothing else.
After walking around the room, Li Jia cleaned up the fingerprints. She opened the door and went out, then stood in front of Emily's door and knocked.
"Is there something you need?" Emily asked Li Jia, somewhat puzzled, after opening the door.
"Someone wants to kill you. Do you know why?" As she spoke, Li Jia had already entered the house and closed the door. She stared into Emily's eyes and asked calmly.
“You’re not a teacher! Who are you? Where are Fang and Zheng? Fang? Zheng?” Emily looked at Li Jia with intense wariness and coldness in her eyes, staring into Li Jia’s eyes as she called out to her two bodyguards.
“No need to call them anymore, they’ve already been killed. Their bodies are in the room opposite yours. The people who killed them were Japanese. Also, they were paid by the assassin before they were killed.” Li Jia didn’t avoid Emily’s gaze, simply recounting what had just happened. After speaking, she turned and walked to the window, then looked outside.
"Don't move! Tell me! Who are you? Why are you following me? A teacher wouldn't be interested in these things!" As Li Jia turned her gaze to the window, Emily suddenly pulled out a small silver revolver from between her legs and pointed it at Li Jia's mouth, asking coldly.
"Do you really want to know who I am?" Li Jia glanced at Emily's hand, then stared at her and asked seriously.
"Stop talking nonsense! Speak up! Were your people the ones who did what happened to my godfather?" Emily's face remained frosty. Li Jia's behavior only confirmed her suspicions!
"Alright then. Let me show you something first." Li Jia said, reaching out to take out the jade gourd pendant hanging around her neck. "Bang...bang...bang!" Just then, a slow, steady knocking sound came from outside the door, drawing Emily's attention. Suddenly, she felt a gust of wind in front of her, and her revolver Q had vanished.
Holding a revolver, Li Jia put a finger to her lips to make a shushing gesture, then silently walked to the door. Just as Li Jia was about to peek through the peephole to see who it was, a sense of danger suddenly rose in her mind. Without hesitation, Li Jia turned around and tackled Emily, who was standing to the side, then rolled away and hid behind the window.
Just as Emily, who was being held in Li Jia's arms, was about to reprimand him, a dull thud came from the doorway, followed by a loud bang as the door was kicked down. Two men dressed as waiters, each wielding an M16 equipped with a silencer, rushed in.
"See, I wasn't wrong!" Li Jia said, raising her hand to fire two shots. Unexpectedly, the expected explosion didn't happen. Emily's hand was filled with blanks!
Looking at Emily with a frustrated expression, Li Jia lifted one side of the Simmons mattress with one hand and then suddenly flipped it up. The mattress spun and flew towards the two people who rushed in. As the mattress landed, two black darts were removed from the super cool wristband on Li Jia's wrist. When the mattress was riddled with holes, the darts in Li Jia's hand shot out with lightning speed. As the mattress landed, the two assassins' bodies also fell backward to the ground, their submachine guns thrown aside.
"Let's get out of here first!" Li Jia said, pulling a bewildered Emily out of the room and quickly heading towards the staircases on either side of the hotel courtyard.
