Soon, the abandoned, dilapidated buildings that Li Jia had mentioned appeared ahead. Angel drove her BMW straight through the wasteland and into the cluster of buildings. "Xiaoyue, get ready to get out!" Angel said urgently to Xiaoyue, who had her eyes closed. She then stopped the car behind a dilapidated building, unbuckled her seatbelt, and jumped out of the car.
Xiaoyue had already unbuckled her seatbelt when she heard Angel say they were getting off the bus. Almost simultaneously, she and Angel got out of the car and quickly ran towards one of the dilapidated buildings. Before the people behind them could catch up, their figures disappeared into the entire area of abandoned buildings...
