Chapter 56 Another Minor Trouble

Li Jia's mission was successfully completed! The rest of the time was spent dancing with Chen Yi and many other girls. Today, Chen Yi felt a long-lost sense of exhilaration! Li Jia's perfect performance completely annihilated the opponent's provocation, releasing all the pent-up frustration Chen Yi had been holding in for a year.

The four sisters also embarked on a path of obsession with Kurmp because of Li Jia's advice: "Imagine the other person as the person you hate the most, and then beat them up with your best moves!" They eventually carved out their own niche in the world.

While dancing, Li Jia suddenly remembered something, something very important: Li Xiaotong's birthday was also coming up in the next couple of days. She secretly decided that she must give her a surprise.

The dance party lasted until very late, and Chen Yi even dragged Li Jia to dance several songs. Finally, Li Jia left the villa around midnight, and after dropping Chen Yi off at her home in the same neighborhood, Li Jia headed towards the entrance of the neighborhood.

Before she even reached her car after leaving the residential area, a dozen or so figures strolled out from a short distance away. Li Jia immediately recognized them as the friends Zhao Fei had invited during the dance competition. She counted them carefully and there were exactly thirteen. Seeing that they looked unfriendly, she slowly walked over to them.

"Hey kid, you really stole the show today. What? You think you can just slip away after you've had your moment in the spotlight? Not so easy, huh?" The four street dancers swayed as they walked up to Li Jia, chewing gum in their mouths. The short-haired boy, who seemed to be their leader, tilted his head and said in a sarcastic tone.

"Why waste words with him? Let's fight!" The two men behind her, who were clearly thugs, didn't give Li Jia a chance to speak. They pounced on Li Jia before she could even finish her sentence.

The eleven men behind him became restless when they saw the two thugs rushing forward. Li Jia smirked and instantly sprang to the two thugs. With a punch from top to bottom, he knocked one of the thugs to the ground. Li Jia grabbed the other's arm and swung his elbow into his chest. The two thugs lay on the ground, yelling and unable to get up.

Everyone was startled by Li Jia's actions, but after looking at the several tall and burly men, they confidently pounced on Li Jia again. Li Jia didn't like torturing people, but since someone liked to chase after him and let him torture them, he naturally wouldn't object.

Rushing into the crowd, Li Feng chose the most direct and effective method: punches. His main targets were the chin, chest, and stomach. In Li Jia's eyes, these people were nothing more than a group of arrogant students. Therefore, his punches were very weak, and in less than a minute, seven or eight people had fallen, including the big guys who were doing 'Kurmp'.

Just as Li Jia was about to teach the remaining thugs a lesson, a noise suddenly came from behind. The two thugs who were lying on the ground pulled out two daggers from somewhere and launched a sneak attack while Li Jia had his back to them.

Li Jia's face darkened the moment she saw the dagger. She kicked the two knives aimed at her twice, knocking them away. Then, she grabbed the hair of two thugs, and with a slight twist of her waist, slammed them down, her knees slamming into their faces. Bloodied teeth went straight into their stomachs. Releasing the two thugs, Li Jia wiped the few drops of blood off her clothes, coldly glanced at the others who had fallen and those who hadn't, and slowly turned back to her car amidst the crowd's terror.

Her good mood was completely ruined by the kids. Li Jia drove back to the dry cleaner, threw her pants, which were originally clean but now stained with blood, into the washing machine, took a shower, and went back to her bedroom for a long nap.

The next morning, when Li Jia returned after breakfast, he noticed that Zhou Xiaoyu was looking at him strangely, so he smiled and asked, "What's wrong? Did you get flowers on your face, Brother Li?"

"No...nothing, Brother Li, are you alright?" Zhou Xiaoyu looked Li Jia up and down, asking with some concern.

"I'm fine? Oh? I know, you saw the blood on your pants, right? It's okay, it's someone else's. Brother Li's blood won't be wasted so easily, hehe!" Li Jia saw Zhou Xiaoyu staring at her legs and suddenly remembered the blood-stained pants she had thrown into the washing machine last night. That's why Zhou Xiaoyu asked if she was alright. After explaining with a smile, Li Feng went upstairs.

As Li Jia was reading in the study, there were several knocks on the door. "Come in."

The door opened, and to Li Jia's surprise, the two people behind Meng Yao were Chen Yi and Zhao Fei. "President Li, they said they know you and want to see you, so I brought them up."

"Thank you, Meng Yao. You can go ahead and get back to work." After Meng Yao left the study, Li Jia stood up and smiled. "What brings you two here? Please have a seat." Then she took out two paper cups and poured a glass of water for Chen Yi and Zhao Fei.

“Why can’t we come? We’re your clients! Xiaofei’s family is in the clothing business, and they do business with almost all the international brands!” Chen Yi said with a smile. Although Zhao Fei looked a little smug, she immediately abandoned her haughty attitude when she saw that Li Feng didn’t seem surprised at all, because she really did have some things to do today.

"Brother Li, I've come today for two things. One is to discuss cooperation, and the other is to confirm something with you." Zhao Fei was straightforward, getting straight to the point without any pleasantries.
