"Yuan Shao, I've already told you, don't bother me!" Sun Shangxiang said through gritted teeth. She then prepared to leave, but the man called Yuan Shao followed her.
"Don't follow me!" Sun Shangxiang shouted, turning around and angrily pointing at him.
"Ah Xiang, you said you would marry me." Yuan Shao said seriously, frowning. "You said there are no feelings between us, so why don't we cultivate feelings with marriage as the premise?"
"Who wants to develop feelings for you?!" Sun Shangxiang really couldn't understand what he was thinking. "I want to get out!"
How can you take what someone said when they were so young seriously?
"Not today!" Yuan Shao refused directly in a deep voice. "The Imperial Astronomical Bureau reports that today is a day of nine planets in alignment, an extremely yin day, and it is not advisable to travel."
Sun Shangxiang's face darkened immediately, and she glared at him with her arms crossed.
Yuan Shao seemed to realize that his tone was off, so he softened his attitude and said, "If you want to go out and play, I'll go with you tomorrow."
"Who needs you to accompany me?" Sun Shangxiang was so angry that she laughed. "I'd be overjoyed if you stayed far away from me!"
"Ah Xiang!" Yuan Shao looked at Sun Shangxiang and was really having a headache, so he unconsciously raised his voice.
"How about that?" Sun Shangxiang raised an eyebrow. "Don't try to scare me by mimicking my father's tone. Ask the elders of Jiangdong; even my father can't do anything to me. How dare you raise your voice at me like that!"
Yuan Shao was not a patient man either, and bluntly asked, "What do you want in return for marrying me?"
"I will never marry you!" Sun Shangxiang said firmly. "I would rather marry a man who fell from the sky, a man of unknown origin, with no background! I will never marry you!"
"You!" Yuan Shao was really angry, and Sun Shangxiang knew how to anger him.
During their argument, a person fell from the sky and landed directly in front of Sun Shangxiang, then collapsed on top of her. Unable to withstand the weight, Sun Shangxiang was tackled to the ground by the person.
"Ah Xiang!" Yuan Shao was shocked to see this and rushed forward.
They violently pulled at the man, then summoned their guards who were waiting nearby, preparing to throw him out.
Sun Shangxiang caught a glimpse of the face of the person who was still unconscious, her gaze falling on the mole at the corner of his eye, when suddenly a flash of inspiration struck her.
"Jinxiang Tuan"
Several female soldiers rushed out from the hidden bushes and snatched the man from Yuan Shao's personal guards.
Sun Shangxiang stepped forward, pinched his chin and examined him carefully, then kissed the mole at the corner of his eye.
Yuan Shao: !!!
"Ah Xiang!"
"Men and women should not touch each other; if they do, they must get married." Sun Shangxiang stood in front of the man and gave Yuan Shao a defiant look.
"This man will be my fiancé. You can leave now."
Yuan Shao stood still, his eyes radiating murderous intent.
"Don't let anyone know what happened today!" Yuan Shao shouted sternly.
"Yes, sir!" the two guards replied, standing at attention.
The members of the Jinxiang Gang wouldn't listen to him, but Yuan Shao directly unleashed his martial prowess, overwhelming them.
But these female soldiers did not retreat an inch. Two of them even stepped forward to block Sun Shangxiang and Yuan Shao, fearing that the hot-tempered Yuan Shao might hurt their young lady.
Yuan Shao frowned and glanced at the female soldier blocking his way, saying nonchalantly, "I'll kill him, and then no one will know about this."
"How dare you!" Sun Shangxiang glared at him angrily.
"You'll see if I dare! Marrying this man of unknown origin? Don't even think about it. You can only marry me," Yuan Shao said arrogantly, his hands behind his back.
"As for this man, who attempted to assassinate the eldest daughter of the Sun family, I only killed him by mistake while protecting you. Even your father couldn't say a word against it."
"Yuan Benchu! Don't go too far! This is Jiangdong!" Sun Shangxiang was annoyed by his words, and now seeing his domineering face, she didn't want to stay in this place for another second.
Yuan Shao was about to say something when he was interrupted by a voice.
"Brother Benchu, what's wrong? Are you not used to living in Jiangdong?" Sun Ce, Sun Quan, and Zhou Yu walked over from the side.
