Chapter 66 Three Mischievous Kids (Teenage Version)

"They're going further and further into the remote areas." Xia Xiang looked at the increasingly dense trees and winding mountain roads with some concern.

“Of course, bad guys need to do their bad deeds in secret,” Hu Yanjing analyzed.

Ren Chenfeng frowned and said, "They're going in circles."

Hu Yanjing asked nervously, "Have they discovered us?"

"Not necessarily, let's just follow along for now," Xia Xiang said after a moment's thought.

Soon after, they arrived at a dilapidated wooden hut, where a group of people were already waiting.

"Brother Hao, isn't it too late? Don't we guys have time?" The man who spoke had a rooster-shaped haircut and a nose stud.

The foot, clad in tall leather boots, casually kicked the corpse beside it, which was wrapped in a black cloth bag and only had its head sticking out.

"You think you're so tough now that you've found a new big shot?" The man called Brother Hao got out of the passenger seat and slapped Chicken Head across the face.

Who do you think you are!

The rooster-headed man's henchmen immediately became unhappy, sharpening their knives and brandishing their weapons.

Rooster Head wiped the blood from the corner of his mouth and said contemptuously, "Brother Hao is right. You've been around longer than us, so you naturally understand. You must know what it means to be pragmatic."

"Stop talking nonsense!" Brother Hao lit a cigarette, ordered his men to unload everyone from the car, and pointed at Rooster Head, saying, "You guys clean up."

After saying that, he called to his underlings and drove away from the cabin.

"Brother Zheng, you're so magnanimous. If it were me, I wouldn't have let him off the hook," a henchman flattered.

"Now that you are following the second young master, who has the highest chance of succeeding to the throne, your future is naturally bright. How can you put up with this?"

"Come here," Rooster Head said, pulling his underling closer to the woods.

The younger brother was naturally happy to follow and arrived at the tree where Huyan Jing was hiding.

"If you can't speak properly, then don't speak at all." The rooster-headed man turned around and unleashed a powerful strike, "Black Tiger Strikes the Heart."

The younger brother died—turning into black ash and disappearing without a trace.

"And what are you anyway!" Rooster Head sneered as he wiped his hands on the tree.

A pair of glasses suddenly fell from the sky.

The rooster-headed man roared, "Who's there!"

"Furis - Ulabaha - Coagulation Technique!" Hu Yanjing cast a Coagulation Technique, and the rooster head couldn't move an inch.

"I was careless. Wear contact lenses next time." Hu Yanjing retrieved his glasses, then took out the special handcuffs for superpowered individuals, had the rooster-headed man hug the tree, and cuffed his hands.

"You'd better behave, or you'll cost me my credits."

Hu Yanjing and Ren Chenfeng are currently working part-time while studying, taking on internship assignments with the Iron Guard while also attending school.

Capturing or eliminating these corrupted beings earns you academic credits, with higher-ranking individuals earning more credits. This is also one of the assessment criteria for the Iron Guard Reserve.

Xia Xiang and the others saw those people silencing witnesses from two other directions and rushed forward.

Given Xia Xiang's ferocity, coupled with Ren Chenfeng's protective shield, the several demonized people were easily dealt with.

"How's it going on your end?" Xia Xiang asked Hu Yanjing after handcuffing the group together with Ren Chenfeng's handcuffs.

"Don't worry, it's all set." Hu Yanjing gave an OK sign.

"The people who were just taken off the vehicle are still alive, but the others are dead," Xia Xiang said after checking.

"Contact the Iron Guard immediately and interrogate them on the spot; otherwise, things may change."

The two nodded in agreement, but did not take any action.

"What are you looking at me for? Hurry up!" What kind of teammate is this? Just like Gian!

In the Gold Dimension, Ji An sneezed and disturbed his deskmate, resulting in two extra bags of cement being added to his workload that night…

"I can't get through. Is my phone broken?" Hu Yanjing patted his phone.

"What the hell! When I bought it, they told me it was 3G and could record video, so how did it break?"

Ren Chenfeng suggested, "Why don't we record it on your phone and interrogate them ourselves first?"

"It's too late." Xia Xiang stood protectively in front of the two, watching Hao Ge and his group return warily.
