Bathed in the intense sunlight, they realized that they were in an open area.
It wasn't exactly an open area; it seemed to be somewhere in a deep valley.
Ouyang Zhenyu looked around, somewhat bewildered. He had been unconscious and hadn't noticed how he got in.
But this place doesn't seem to be a normal mountain; it looks more like a deep valley.
But how could there be a deep valley on this mountain?
The mountains around them are steep and densely forested, and they are located on a riverbank in a valley.
It's located in a flat area next to the riverbank, near the mountain.
There are two huge openings, and people are going in and out of the openings.
Some people pushed two-wheeled carts, some carried tools inside, and others carried baskets out.
When Ouyang Zhenyu saw the items being picked out of the car, his eyes widened slightly.

But these are clearly just ordinary stones, though perhaps they contain some kind of precious metal.

These stones were transported to another cave.

There are men and women, young and old, but the mining is mostly done by women and the elderly.
