Chapter 54: Doing Bad Things on the Way Back
On the day of departure, the sky was clear and the sun was particularly bright.
Jiang Li sat quietly in the carriage, staring blankly out the window. Yun Si, standing beside her, followed her closely, his gaze never leaving her side.

Jiang Li hesitated for a moment, then finally extended his hand. He didn't let go immediately, but instead held it tighter, saying, "Rest here for a moment."
A gentle breeze caressed my face, and the gurgling stream brought a refreshing coolness. Suddenly, I heard a dog barking. It turned out that Ah Feng had also been brought out for a walk.
The servant walked towards Jiang Li with the dog.
