"Oh?" Upon hearing Pei Jin mention that woman, Cheng Su's dark eyebrows twitched rapidly, a hint of amusement in his eyes. He brushed a stray strand of hair from his forehead with his jade-like fingers, and his crimson lips curled into a half-smile: "Big brother, it doesn't seem quite right to talk about your biological mother like that, does it?"
Pei Jin's eyes seemed to flow with ice that chilled to the bone, his rough fingers clenched into fists and cracked, his jaw was tense, and his whole body exuded a violent and terrifying aura.
Cheng Su was his half-brother, born of the same mother but with a different father.
They are five years apart in age.
Between him and Cheng Su, his mother chose Cheng Su.
Pei Jin's eyelashes trembled, the veins on his long arms hidden under his sleeves bulged, and his teeth clenched so tightly that they clicked. Finally, he lifted his foot and walked around Cheng Su to leave.
"Pei Jin".
Cheng Su suddenly called out to him.
Pei Jin did not stop walking.
"Since you like this woman, then I'm determined to have some fun with her."
Cheng Su's lips gradually curled up: "The woman that my elder brother has taken a liking to is indeed very good-looking and has a great figure."
"If I play with it for a bit and then give it back to you, would you still want it?"
His words were full of frivolous and sarcastic remarks.
The moment he finished speaking, a huge fist came hurtling towards him.
"Bang!"
Cheng Su cried out in pain.
Pei Jin slammed a heavy punch into Cheng Su's cheek, and without stopping, he restrained him, swinging his fist to smash into his jaw.
"Hiss..." Cheng Su gasped, raising his hand to defend himself. Pei Jin, however, was like an enraged beast, his eyes bloodshot, staring intently at Cheng Su like a fierce lion crouching in a dark forest.
Punch after punch, he almost completely suppressed Cheng Su.
Cheng Su tried to retaliate, grabbing Pei Jin's shoulders with both hands and kicking Pei Jin in the stomach.
He used all his strength to kick Pei Jin directly against the wall beside him.
Pei Jin's back collided with Cheng Su's back, immediately causing a large abrasion. However, he seemed completely oblivious to it and immediately rushed forward to grab Cheng Su's head and slam it against the wall.
"Even when I beat a dog, I have to consider its owner."
Pei Jin slammed Cheng Su to the ground and kicked him hard in the stomach. His dark and eerie face wore a cold smile as he said in a low voice, "Hit you?"
"I'll beat up your whole family too."
"Dare to speak rudely to her again, and you'll see?"
Cheng Su lay on the cold ground, his face bruised and swollen, blood trickling from the corner of his lips, and a faint laugh escaping his throat.
His narrow eyes were filled with a deep sense of deprivation and profound meaning as he stared at the multicolored ceiling. Suddenly, he said, "I really fucking want you to kill me."
Pei Jin's lips were also bitten until they bled. Looking at Cheng Su's face, which resembled his mother's by seven points, he looked away. Just as he turned around, he saw Yu Qiao standing in the distance.
His bloodshot eyes paused for a moment, then he looked away.
"Pei Jin, are you alright?!"
Yu Qiao narrowed her fox-like eyes and strode over.
According to her plan, she should pretend not to see it and walk away, but when she saw Pei Jin being injured by Cheng Su, she immediately put everything out of her mind and rushed over.
Yu Qiao stood in front of Pei Jin, looking up at him with a nervous expression.
Pei Jin's jaw tightened, and he turned his head to leave.
“Pei Jin…” Yu Qiao raised her hand and grabbed Pei Jin’s wrist.
Pei Jin immediately stopped, glanced at the barely alive Cheng Su, and said, "I'm fine."
The dim light shone on Cheng Su's pale, sickly face, and even though his face was covered in bruises, he was still excessively beautiful.
Cheng Su and Pei Jin are not the same type of man.
Pei Jin was strong and muscular, nearly two meters tall, with hard muscles all over his body, and exuding a violent and dark aura.
Cheng Su, on the other hand, had a more refined appearance. He was over 1.8 meters tall, with a lean build, and his whole demeanor exuded a world-weary and aloof air, like the mist cast by moonlight, ethereal and untraceable.
"Yu Qiao".
Cheng Su stood up from the ground, his bloodshot lips curling up wildly, his phoenix eyes flashing with madness: "You're too close to Pei Jin, you won't have a good ending."
"You saw it last time, didn't you? I'm mentally unstable! I've attempted suicide!"
"Do you think Pei Jin is a normal person? He wanted to kill his own parents, he jumped off a building, he committed suicide by overdosing on pills..."
