Chapter 5 You Lied to Me
Fu Sui's eyes were fierce and provocative. He looked up at the hateful woman in front of him, as if he was very happy to see her being humiliated.
But Lilith just impatiently moved her toes down, exerting a little force,
"Don't move!"
Fu Sui broke out in a cold sweat.
Lilith looked at Claire. In the game plot, this guy was the first person that the heroine was attracted to. It was because of his help that the heroine Alice was able to get the key to the detention room and rescue Si Jue.
She was very sure that she would not be discovered, so the reckless person who broke in was undoubtedly the heroine. According to the plot, the other party should have just entered the second underground floor, right?
So, the White Lotus heroine stumbled into a dangerous place and was discovered, but these guards didn't look for her, but instead stared at her. Should we say that she is worthy of being the heroine?
Lilith retracted her calves, the sound of her high-heeled boots tapping on the smooth ground was so clear in the silent space. She walked step by step to Claire, and in the sight of his subordinates behind him, she grabbed his collar.
"0315, my proof. As for the one on the ground, I suppose it's normal for a guide to have some little lovers he doesn't want to expose, right?"
The badge slipped quietly into her fingertips. Lilith took a step back and spoke nonchalantly. The young guard captain searched his brain for a while, then his brows relaxed.
"I'm sorry, I offended you. My team will continue to track down the trespasser. As for me, I will leave it to you to punish me."
The man who had just been so imposing suddenly knelt on one knee, and the spirit beside him stuck out its tongue ingratiatingly. The team members beside him looked at each other, wondering whether they should leave.
As expected of an auction house, even the captain of the guards had to atone for the sins of the distinguished guests with his body? Lilith's eyes were filled with a subtle hint of pity.
Before she could refuse, a suppressed threat came from behind her.
“You…you dare!”
What's wrong with this woman? Isn't it enough that she already has five of them? Is she seducing someone else?
Fu Sui only felt disgusted. He didn't care how many sentinels Lilith was going to harm. He just hated licentious people.
"Your slave seems to be a bit disobedient. Do you need my help?"
Claire said calmly, not seeming to find the current situation strange at all.
Lilith noticed Fu Sui's mood swings and thought to herself that something was wrong.
Oops, I think I overdid it.
She coughed lightly and politely refused.
"I still prefer disobedient puppies."
"Really? That's a pity."
The Kangal dog followed its polite owner away, but at the end, it turned back with a desperate look. The woman wearing a butterfly mask was holding a long whip and staring at the door, but she didn't seem to be looking at its owner.
"Captain! We found the guy who broke in!"
"I'm not a bad person, let me go!"
A soft female voice sounded at the door, along with the sound of an argument.
The girl with black hair, black eyes and a white dress was struggling hard. Her wrist was roughly grabbed by the guard. Claire looked down at her. She was clearly the type she liked, but she suddenly felt bored.
"I'm a guest here, my number is 0315..."
Alice looked at the tall sentry in front of her with tears in her eyes and felt wronged.
It's the heroine. Lilith was slightly stunned. She didn't expect the heroine to be caught so quickly. The same number would make anyone suspicious, right? She had to quickly take the badge key and rescue Si Jue before Claire could react.
But the voice of the captain of the guards outside the door was still calm, but the words that came out were different from what Lilith expected.
"Number 0315 already has a distinguished guest. Throw this fake guy out."
The sound gradually disappeared, and Lilith frowned involuntarily. Did the heroine's golden finger disappear?
No, it's not that simple...
"Hey, what on earth are you doing here?"
Lilith was brought back to reality by the movement behind her. Fu Sui stood up from the ground. His straight suit had become messy, and the sleeves of his white shirt were missing. He looked quite embarrassed.
Looking down again, Lilith whistled.
"Wow, this is also possible..."
Fu Sui's face turned red, which he couldn't hide at all. He stared at Lilith closely.
"Shut up, this is a normal physiological reaction, okay? Besides, I'm the one asking you a question, right? What's with that number? Don't you never come to the underground auction house?"
"Oh, shit, Si Jue!"
The girl swung her whip and, after the guards outside had left, headed for the holding room. She placed the round badge with leaf patterns on it into the recessed space. The next second, the tightly closed door opened, revealing the holding room to Lilith and Fu Sui, who had arrived shortly after.
The dome was too high, the ground was sunken, and dozens of cages were hung in the air by chains. There was a strong electric current on them. If you touched them even slightly, you would scream.
Beautiful boys and girls, a young man with a robotic arm, a sentinel who had been forcibly fused with a spiritual body, and... Si Jue, who was curled up in the middle of the cage, looking lifeless.
Perhaps they had been injected with something, so no one reacted to Lilith's arrival. She walked quickly down to the bottom of the spiral staircase.
For the S-class sentinel, the auction house was clearly well prepared, not only with electric current blocking, but also with a collar tightly fastened around his neck.
"Si Jue? Why is he here?"
Fu Sui was obviously a little surprised, and then, as if he remembered something, he became furious.
"You, those rumors are true. You really plan to sell your sentinels, you..."
The bit of charm that had just arisen disappeared in an instant. Fu Sui felt that he was really blinded by greed and chose to marry Lilith. This vicious woman didn't care about her sentinels at all!
"Shut up, are you trying to lure all the guards over here?"
Lilith said unhappily, looking around. She remembered that the heroine seemed to have rescued the person by pressing a certain spot.
“Ah, I found it!”
Her eyes lit up, she pushed Fu Sui away, and stepped hard on the raised round button on the ground. The next second, the cage in front of her slowly opened, revealing Si Jue's thin body and the listless dwarf rabbit.
He must have passed out. I don't know what kind of drugs the auction house used. Lilith thought about it while getting into the cage and trying to drag him up.
Although he looked frail, Si Jue was an adult man after all. All the weight of the body was on her, making Lilith almost unable to straighten her back.
She cursed Fu Sui for not coming to help, but she felt that the breathing beside her ear seemed to be a little strange.
"Lilith..."
Si Jue opened his eyes, his red pupils like blood jade. The collar made an alarm sound, and the spikes inside pierced his flesh fiercely, but he was unaware of it. He grabbed Lilith's neck with one hand.
"You lied to me, Lilith."
