Early in the morning, Qin Xiangnan went directly to the Shi family's design company to discuss the project.
The Shi family's design company does not create a brand. They only participate in foreign fashion week shows every year and then auction their designs at high prices.
Qin Xiangnan was unconvinced at first, until she saw the Shi family's displays at previous fashion weeks, she was completely attracted and felt that this was the place for her.
"Hello, Miss Qin! I'm the chief designer of the design department. You can just call me Sister Zhang!"
A capable woman was standing at the door. She walked up to Qin Xiangnan and shook hands with him with a polite and distant smile.
Qin Xiangnan nodded: "Hello, Sister Zhang!"
Sister Zhang took Qin Xiangnan into the group building and introduced her:
"The chairman is here. Let's go upstairs and have a meeting first, then we can work on the details!"
Qin Xiangnan followed behind Sister Zhang. When she mentioned that Shi Tinghan was there, he was a little surprised: "Chairman Shi is here too?"
This is why Sister Zhang asked Qin Xiangnan to call her sister. She had never seen the fashion week that year, and the chairman participated in it from the moment he proposed the meeting.

"Yes, the chairman of the board attends every Spring Fashion Week. After all, the design department can generate a lot of revenue every year."
Sister Zhang took Qin Xiangnan into the elevator.
The employees around her stopped and greeted her when they saw her.
20th floor, Design Department Meeting Room:
Shi Tingshan sat next to Shi Tinghan and frowned at the manuscript Qin Xiangnan had handed in earlier: "Brother, this manuscript is not good!"
"The cooperation between the Shi family and the Lan family is for future harmony, so this order must be done!"
Shi Tinghan tilted his head slightly and spoke in a low voice.
"The manuscript is too watery, it may take some time to revise it!" Shi Tingshan was a little worried.
The door of the conference room was pushed open, and Qin Xiangnan walked in behind Sister Zhang. Only she and Zhang Rong came from Lan's company, and the remaining dozen or so were designers from Shi's design department.
"Now that everyone is here, let's start!" Sister Zhang nodded to Shi Tinghan.
Qin Xiangnan connected the computer to the projector and began her explanation.
Shi Tingshan saw the new design draft she brought and made some adjustments to the original one. It was a great improvement compared to the previous version.
She looked at her brother, understood why he agreed to cooperate with the Lan family, and began to listen carefully.
Half an hour later, everyone came out of the meeting room. Zhang Rong gave Qin Xiangnan a thumbs up and was very satisfied with her performance.
Qin Xiangnan had a blank expression on his face, but the tension in his heart finally disappeared the moment the meeting ended.
Everyone moved to the small meeting room to discuss the details, and before we knew it, it was time for lunch.
Shi Tinghan's assistant came down and said to Qin Xiangnan:
"The chairman would like to invite you two to dinner. Please wait in the lobby on the first floor."
Qin Xiangnan looked at his master, who was a little panicked.
"Why are you checking me?"
In the cafe, the girl sat opposite Lan Xi, an inappropriate cruelty appearing on her thin and fair face. She stared at Lan Xi, her hands in her pockets, but her fists clenched in vigilance.
Lan Xi smiled and pointed at the coffee in front of her: "The coffee here is delicious, try it!"
The girl did not let her guard down.
"You are an orphan! You were adopted by foster parents. When you were 10 years old, they discovered your fighting talent and where you could make money. From then on, you began your competition journey!"
Lan Xi took a sip of coffee and told the girl's past.
The girl looked at Lan Xi warily. She didn't think she had anything that Lan Xi needed.
Lan Xi seemed to see through the girl's thoughts:
"You do! Your fighting talent is exactly what I want!"
The girl became even more nervous. Could it be?
"I'm not interested in your stories. You should know that your adoptive parents are looking for you! And they'll find you soon!"
Lan Xi likes to see girls nervous like this. She likes to see others have no secrets in front of her.
The girl asked in confusion: "What do you want? I don't have what you want!"
"You have!" Lan Xi said confidently:
"I can help you evade your adoptive parents' investigation. If you need me, I can help you get rid of all the trouble forever!"
The bloodthirsty killing in Lan Xi's eyes was something the girl was familiar with. She wanted to escape, but Lan Xi's proposal made her heart move.
"Then what do you need me to pay?" When the girl said this, she saw Lan Xi smile.
Lan Xi ate the snack in front of her with gusto:
"I don't believe you're following Cao Yue because you really like him. I guess you want to hide by his side and get through your adoptive parents' investigation in two days!"
The girl was stunned. She thought her cover-up was perfect. Why?
"Want to know why I know all this? Your experience is actually hard to find out. It was hidden very well by your adoptive parents, but... you may not know that the calluses on your hands give you away!"
Lan Xi pointed at the girl's hand hidden in her pocket, the taste of matcha still lingering on her tongue.
The girl's back slumped. She knew she had nowhere to hide from Lan Xi. She picked up her coffee and took a sip.
"Can you really help me hide from my adoptive parents?"
Lan Xi nodded, looking calm. She always seemed to have a hint of confidence that made people subconsciously want to believe her.
"So what do you want me to do?" The girl straightened her back. She was a little scared. She left her adoptive parents and fell into another pit.
Lan Xi noticed her nervousness and chuckled:
"Just do what you normally do and wait for my summons!"
"That's...that's all?" After Lan Xi finished speaking, the girl waited for a long time before realizing that she had finished speaking.
