"You've devoted yourself to the Yang family, but I didn't expect the people around you to be so confused. You should make plans early!"
Li Yulan's words made Yang You's heart skip a beat. He remembered what Lan Xi said last time, which seemed to mean the same thing.
He stared blankly at Li Yulan's back, his head buzzing.
Zhu Lingling followed Li Yulan and left. She didn't expect to have such a gain today, and her mood couldn't help but improve a little.
"Don't be so obvious, control your emotions!" Li Yulan felt the change in Zhu Lingling's mood and frowned.
Upon hearing this, Zhu Lingling quickly drove those thoughts out of her mind, and her expression was not as excited: "Sorry!"
Li Yulan glanced at Zhu Lingling without saying anything, and they all got into the elevator in silence.
Li Yulan was actually not that satisfied with Zhu Lingling. The assistant she first trained for Lan Xi was the son of her assistant Li. The two were about the same age, which meant they grew up together.
But after Lan Xi was admitted to university, she forced Zhu Lingling to live with her. In order to keep her there with a legitimate reason, she agreed to Li Yulan's conditions for studying abroad.
If Zhu Lingling hadn't been able to keep up with her studies and hadn't made any major mistakes in recent years, she would have found a reason to replace her long ago.
The elevator reached the floor where the president was. Zhu Lingling got off the elevator and watched Li Yulan leave. She turned around and saw Jiang Xing who had been waiting by the elevator.
"What's the matter?" she asked with a frown.
Jiang Xing, however, smiled slyly. She patted Zhu Lingling on the shoulder and said, "You're quite good at it! The young lady from the Yang family is going to be pissed off by you!"
Zhu Lingling dodged and walked inside expressionlessly: "Did you finish the project? You still have time to chat with me here!"
"You are such a boring person! You can't even take a joke!" Jiang Xing snorted and grumbled about Zhu Lingling's non-cooperation.
Zhu Lingling didn't listen to what she said, her mind had already drifted to Lan Xi. It had been a week since she got the injury on her back. Would it fester as the weather was getting hotter?
She took out her cell phone and called her family doctor to find out what was going on.
