Chapter 67 Airborne Crew

Chu Zhaozhao sent a message to Sister Wei.

[Do you owe us money? ]

Sister Wei’s words were shocking, and Chu Zhaozhao felt as if her throat was choked.

"Sister Wei, I'm going to tell you the truth. I found out my second brother likes Lin Moyi, and I can't bear to see him fall for it. Lin Moyi has a play tomorrow, and my second brother will most likely visit the set, so I want to stop them from doing anything else. I have to go to the scene. Sister Wei, please help me."

After typing this string of words, Chu Zhaozhao also sent an emoticon package to Sister Wei.

Sister Wei looked at her phone and thought for a while, then called a director. After a few pleasantries, Sister Wei began to test whether the crew was short of actors.

After learning that there might be a new role, Sister Wei began to strongly recommend Chu Zhaozhao to the director. After a lot of exaggerated speeches, Sister Wei secured a role for Chu Zhaozhao, but it was just a mute.

[It's okay to be dumb. I'm not here to act. This script is terrible.]

[You've picked it! Even though the script is terrible, it's a big production, and it's definitely better than your masterpieces.]

Sister Wei retorted without hesitation.

Chu Zhaozhao achieved her goal and was satisfied. She removed her makeup, put on a facial mask and went to bed.

Chu Zhaozhao had no work the next morning, so she slept in for a rare time. She had some takeout at noon before heading to the crew.

The assistant, who was originally thought to have no work today, was notified at the last minute to pick up Chu Zhaozhao. She looked unhappy and couldn't understand why Chu Zhaozhao had applied for more scenes on her own.

"When I take action later, just watch nearby and don't let anyone else come, so as to avoid misunderstandings."

Chu Zhaozhao suddenly said this to the assistant. Although the assistant didn't understand, he still agreed honestly.

Lin Mo heard early on that there was an additional role, and she already knew what this meant, so she stretched her neck and looked around the entire crew in an attempt to find this "airdrop" artist.

"What are you doing here?"

The moment he saw Chu Zhaozhao, the expression on Lin Moyi's face quickly changed.

Chu Zhaozhao smiled and said, "Of course I'm here to act. Otherwise, why would I come to you to learn how to act?"

"You are acting, that extra role couldn't be yours, right?" Lin Moyi asked in disbelief.

Chu Zhaozhao nodded gently and whispered, "Shh, don't speak so loudly. Are you afraid that others won't know that I was parachuted in?"

Lin Mo's face turned pale as he said bluntly, "So what if you and your agent did something? The female lead is still mine. If you dare, take the female lead from me, but I don't think you have the guts to do it!"
