"director?!"
Chu Zhaozhao and the assistant exchanged glances, and it was obvious that neither of them thought the old man in front of them was a director.
"Mr. Zheng, the car is waiting for you at the door. Let's go now. Don't scare others while you admire the young actors."
Someone was urging Zheng Yuanjie to leave, but he walked away with a hearty smile.
"Sister Zhao Zhao, this person is so weird."
The assistant was obviously still in a state of shock and took Chu Zhaozhao away with him.
Zheng Yuanjie walked in front of them. Chu Zhaozhao and the assistant watched Zheng Yuanjie get into a luxury car and leave.
"Sister Zhaozhao, why don't we go find Sister Wei and talk about this." The assistant suggested in a low voice, fearing that Chu Zhaozhao would think this was a bad idea.
Chu Zhaozhao didn't want to go home, because if she did she might have to face Chu Huaiyang, and she was not ready to face Chu Huaiyang yet.
"Is Sister Wei in the company?"
"Of course she is. If she's not at the company, where would she be? Seriously."
Chu Zhaozhao kept asking and answering questions to herself, and the assistant even wondered if Chu Zhaozhao had experienced some kind of stimulation.
The two returned to the company and bumped into Xu Yu in the elevator.
"Hello, Teacher Xu." The assistant bowed to Xu Yu while speaking.
"Actor Xu is also returning to the company."
As soon as the words came out of her mouth, Chu Zhaozhao wanted to slap herself, feeling that she made the atmosphere even more awkward.
Xu Yu nodded, then stood aside, and the assistant was sandwiched between them.
