"My hairpin is fine!" she said, her voice trembling.
Lin Qingwan's eyes flashed with sarcasm, "So many people watched you put the hairpin on my head, how confident are you in proving your innocence?"
Jiang Yanwan's forehead was covered in fine beads of sweat, and her shoulders were trembling; she was not confident.
Seeing how nervous she was, Lin Qingwan smiled lazily, "Don't be afraid. I was just joking with you."
"You!" Jiang Yanwan felt a surge of anger at being mocked, but dared not provoke her further. "This kind of joke is not funny at all."
Lin Qingwan's expression turned cold. "Since you know that, then don't mess with me. This is just a warning; you won't be able to escape next time."
Jiang Yanwan pursed her lips tightly, momentarily intimidated by her chilling gaze, and her tone softened considerably, "I won't ride with you again next time."
Lin Qingwan raised an eyebrow. "Or will you go down now?"
Jiang Yanwan was impatient and wanted to kick her out, but no way!
“Although the old house is not considered outside, it is my sister’s first time going out with us. It would be bad if she made a mistake. I will keep an eye on things for Father and Mother so that they don’t lose face.”

Lin Qingwan smiled and gestured for silence, "Shh! It wouldn't be good if people outside saw Miss Jiang's face like this."
Jiang Yanwan had no choice but to swallow her anger.
Lin Qingwan leaned against the carriage, in a really good mood.
