She stared at the female who was speaking for a few seconds before looking away.
"Meow~" Wu Bao whimpered and circled around Su Tang, its eyes full of self-reproach.
It's all its fault; it caused my mother to be arrested as well.
"It's alright, Wu Bao. Mother will definitely take you out. It's not your fault. It's all the bad beast's fault. Our Wu Bao is a good boy." Su Tang is an emotionally stable person and never takes her anger out on others just because she is in a bad situation.
"Meow~" Mom is so good!
Wu Bao rubbed affectionately against Su Tang's leg.
"I'll settle the score with you for running away when we get back," Su Tang said with a smile.
Wu Bao: "..."
Listening to the interaction between the two, the female in the corner opened her eyes and glanced at Su Tang again.
In the darkness, time seemed to freeze.
The cave was very dark, with no light. Even though Su Tang had night vision, it was still very blurry, as if it were a space enclosed by layer upon layer.
