He had heard everything the old veterinarian said. If Wang hadn't always let it go, the old man would have been kicked out of the Ten Thousand Beasts Mountain long ago.
Now that they've angered the king, they've finally gotten their comeuppance!
Serves you right!
"This cave was prepared for veterinarians. Since the veterinarians can no longer treat the disease, then other veterinarians can live here."
As soon as Hu Shen finished speaking, the old veterinarian felt as if the sky had fallen.
Before he could react, he was taken away by two tiger-clan beastmen guarding the cave.
The cave became quiet.
Although Su Tang didn't hear Hu Shen mention her once, she felt his strong protectiveness.
After a while, the injured orc recovered much of his strength.
He sat up against the wall, no longer needing any support, and a trace of color returned to his pale face.
"Did you see what the orc who hurt you looked like?" Hu Shen asked seriously.
The orc nodded, his tense face bearing a serious expression.
"I see, they have wings, but they don't look like ordinary bird-type beastmen. Instead, they look like lion-type beastmen."
"They were incredibly fast and incredibly strong. We were no match for them at all. Before we could even react, we were knocked unconscious..."
The orc recounted his encounter with those other orcs.
He looked terrified.
"Is it really that powerful?" Hu Ming frowned, somewhat skeptical.
The orcs of Ten Thousand Beasts Mountain are not weak either; they are not so easily defeated.
"Yes, even if I were to do it all over again, and I were prepared, I would still be injured by them," the orc replied affirmatively.
"They have wings and are much stronger than ordinary bird-type orcs, giving them a significant advantage even in the forest."
Speed and strength are the key factors that determine the orcs' strength.
"What kind of orc looks like a lion orc and has wings?" Hu Shen frowned, his eyes filled with doubt.
He had visited many tribes, but he had never seen any orcs like this before.
It's neither a beast nor a bird.
Hu Ming also looked puzzled, glancing at the injured orc, "Are you sure you're not mistaken? How can there be winged lion-like orcs? Are they in disguise?"
"Perhaps it was one of Lion King's remaining subordinates who did this on purpose!"
He said doubtfully.
The orc quickly shook his head, "I can't be mistaken, their wings are real!"
He wouldn't have believed it was real if he hadn't seen it with his own eyes.
Hu Shen's expression turned serious as he suddenly recalled the stories of other tribes that the old Beast King had once told him.
It seems... there really is such a thing as an orc.
"Um, I might know what kind of beast you're talking about," Su Tang's voice suddenly came from behind.
The three of them looked at her at the same time.
"The orc you saw, did it have the body and claws of a lion, and the head and wings of an eagle?" Su Tang asked.
The orc nodded excitedly, "Yes, yes! That's what it looks like, you've seen it before?!"
He was so excited.
He was the only one who survived the orcs.
Those orcs looked so strange that even if I told them, some of them wouldn't believe me.
Su Tang had never seen one before; such a thing only existed in myths and legends on Earth.
She felt it was very similar after hearing the orc's description.
I never imagined that such amazing creatures really existed on the ancient continent.
Judging from its appearance, this griffin is quite powerful, truly befitting a creature from mythology.
“I’ve never seen one, but I’ve heard older orcs in the tribe talk about them. They’re like the orcs you’re describing; they should be griffins,” Su Tang explained, half-truthfully.
Upon hearing this name, a glint of light flashed in Hu Shen's deep eyes.
He said quietly:
“Griffin orcs, I know, the old Beast King mentioned it before.”
When he was a child, the old beast king was a chatterbox, just like Ah Tang, he liked to talk in ways that Ah Tang couldn't understand.
At that time, it seemed that the other beastmen of Ten Thousand Beasts Mountain did not like to listen, so the old beast king only told him the story.
However, he was too young at the time, and his memories were distant. It was only when he heard Su Tang mention the name "griffin" that he recalled those long-forgotten memories.
Seeing Su Tang cast a glance his way, Hu Shen continued.
"The griffin orcs live on the cliffs near the sea in the south, but that place is tens of millions of miles away from Mount Ten Thousand Beasts. How could the griffin orcs appear near Mount Ten Thousand Beasts and even attack the orcs there?"
Hu Shen's voice betrayed his doubt.
He had considered that it might be a tribe that had committed crimes near the Beast Mountain.
Unexpectedly, it turned out to be a tribe so far away that they had never met before.
Are those griffin orcs just bored and have nothing better to do than travel all this way to kill orcs?
Hu Shen couldn't understand it; he felt that the griffin orcs' purpose was not so simple.
"Your Majesty, what should we do now?" Hu Ming asked worriedly.
They had never seen such a powerful griffin orc before. If the orcs of Ten Thousand Beasts Mountain found out, it might cause panic.
The unknown always brings endless fear.
What a tribe fears most is the appearance of the unknown.
Hu Shen pondered for a moment, then said in a deep voice, "Aren't they going to attack our orcs? I'll go down the mountain with them tomorrow."
He'll go himself; he refuses to believe he can't capture the griffin orc.
He wanted to see just how powerful these griffin orcs really were.
At this moment, Su Tang raised her little hand again.
“Hu Shen, you are the king of Ten Thousand Beasts Mountain. Since they attacked the beastmen of Ten Thousand Beasts Mountain, they must know about you. If you go down the mountain with the beastmen, they might not make a move.”
