Chapter 350 Stripping Him Naked

Su Tang's expression was somewhat grave.

She thought of the sudden impact she felt when she fell into the rip current.

Hu Shen must have been injured at that time.

Looking at myself, apart from a few minor abrasions, I had almost no wounds.

It's obvious that Hu Shen must have held her tightly in his arms and shielded her from all dangers so that she could be safe and sound.

Su Tang's worry deepened.

She glanced at the high sun overhead; the sunlight was somewhat dazzling.

It must have been almost a day since they fell into the sea.

The area was surrounded by reefs, with no beaches; this was clearly not the island they had been on before.

That island is far from the mainland, making it even more impossible for them to return.

Su Tang felt that she and Hu Shen had probably been washed ashore on another unknown island.

There's no going back now. Hu Shen is so badly injured that we can't just sit here and wait to die. Otherwise, when Su Jianyuan and the others come looking for us, they'll most likely find one or two corpses.

Su Tang took a deep breath, grabbed Hu Shen's arms, and let his entire weight press down on her as they walked step by step toward the center of the island.

Her shoes had long since been washed away to who knows where on the ocean floor.

At this time, walking barefoot on the rocks is not only cold but also very painful, and you might accidentally step on a few shellfish every now and then.

Before long, several blisters appeared.

Perhaps because it had been soaked in water, Hu Shen was now extremely heavy.

It's even heavier than when I was drunk before.

Su Tang used all her strength to finally move him to the shore.

We found another naturally formed small stone cave.

However, the cave was located on top of several huge rocks, and she couldn't climb up. In the end, she climbed up the slope next to it.

Moving Hu Shen into the cave nearly cost Su Tang her life.

Lying next to Hu Shen, she took a while to catch her breath and regain some strength.

The cave was about the size of two two-meter beds put together, and the height was just enough for Su Tang to stand up without bumping her head.

It was spotless inside, except for dust and some tiny black balls the size of a fingernail.

I picked one up and looked at it; it turned out to be bird droppings.

Su Tang frowned and threw it away, then wiped her hands on the stone wall.

After resting for a while, Su Tang got up to check on Hu Shen's condition.

Hu Shen's eyes remained closed, and his lips were pale; it was unclear whether it was from blisters or something else.

Su Tang could feel his body temperature gradually disappearing.

Her heart was heavy. This couldn't go on. She couldn't let Hu Shen lose his body temperature, or he would become a bloated corpse before his wounds even took his life.

"Hu Shen, hold on for now. I'll go find some firewood and see if we can start a fire."

Su Tang said something to the unconscious Hu Shen and then left the cave.

There's a forest at the top of the slope.

It was the windy season, and there were many bare branches in the woods. Su Tang quickly broke off the branches and collected a large bundle.

As I prepared to go back, something else came to mind.

I put down the branch, found a short tree with green leaves, and snapped several branches off with a whoosh.

The leaves of this tree are fluffy, soft, and not prickly to the touch; they are densely packed.

Su Tang was brought back to the stone cave.

She put down her things, then knelt down in front of Hu Shen, carrying a branch with leaves.

He muttered a few words to himself.

"Hu Shen, I'm only doing this so you won't freeze to death. Since you're not awake yet, I can only help you take off your wet clothes first. Don't be angry with me when you wake up."

After she finished speaking, she began to grope Hu Shen's body with her hands, peeling off the animal skins from his body.

The top is a long robe made of animal skin.

The animal hide was covered in holes of all sizes, and was almost in a terrible state.

Su Tang quickly peeled off the animal skin from her upper body, revealing her strong and powerful muscles.

Swallowing hard, Su Tang shifted her gaze to the side and saw that the animal hide was even more tattered than the dishcloth her grandmother used to use in the kitchen.

Her lower body was clad in an animal skin skirt, and Su Tang didn't care about feeling embarrassed.

In no time at all, they stripped Hu Shen naked.

Su Tang tilted her head away from him, covering Hu Shen's body with green branches and leaves before turning her head back to face him.

"I'm sorry, wearing wet clothes will only get colder. You can use the leaves for now."

As Su Tang spoke, she used the remaining leafy branches to cover half of the entrance to the stone cave, which could block some of the wind.

She carried Hu Shen on her back and took off her own clothes.

They wrung out the water from the animal hide along with Hu Shen's and laid it outside the stone to dry.

The sun was already setting; there wasn't much sunlight left.

After struggling all afternoon without getting a fire going, Su Tang had a bad feeling.

Sure enough, after dozens of attempts, with only smoke and not a single spark, the light outside completely disappeared.

Instead, there was a faint moonlight.

There was a tinderbox in the bag, but it was soaked and unusable.

Su Tang's temple throbbed, and the wooden stick she used to rub her hands together snapped with a "crack".

Forget it, she doesn't have that talent.

After throwing away the stick, Su Tang moved her bottom back to Hu Shen's side and tried to touch him with her index finger again; he was still alive.

"Coo coo coo..."

My stomach started growling.

Su Tang then realized that she hadn't eaten anything for over a day, though she had drunk her fill of seawater.

We can't start a fire, but we can still fill our stomachs.

She took some fruit from the farm and ate a few whole. Although there were sheep and chickens on the ranch, she didn't want to eat raw meat yet, so she just used the fruit to fill her stomach.

Hu Shen was unconscious, and Su Tang tried several times but couldn't feed him anything.

In the end, all that could be squeezed out was the juice from the fruit, which dripped into his mouth.

Perhaps it was because he drank the "juice" that Hu Shen's face finally wasn't so pale anymore, but he still didn't wake up.

Su Tang's hands were sore, and she only breathed a sigh of relief when she felt that Hu Shen's breathing was not so weak anymore.

The clothes she had just taken off were still wet, so Su Tang had to use leaves as a blanket, just like Hu Shen.

He swept the bird droppings off the ground with a twig and lay down naked next to Hu Shen.

"hiss……"

It was icy cold, and Su Tang couldn't help but gasp.

This life is unbearable!

Su Tang glanced at Hu Shen, hesitated for a few seconds, and then moved closer to him.

It's so cold. If I sleep like this for one night, I'll probably find two corpses tomorrow.

Anyway, Hu Shen hasn't woken up yet, so just treat it like hugging a big plush toy!

Having mentally prepared herself, Su Tang went straight to Hu Shen and hugged him tightly.

Because of the cold, my legs unconsciously pressed against it.

Although he was unconscious, Hu Shen was still warm, and Su Tang let out a long breath.

But soon, a blush appeared on her face.

Uh... It's warm, but it's easy to bump into places you shouldn't.

"Hu Shen, I'm sorry, but since you're unconscious and injured on your back anyway, let me turn you over."

Su Tang whispered to Hu Shen, then turned him over so that his face was turned to the side and he was lying face down on the ground.
