Wolf Cloud kicked Wolf Green in the corner.
She was hoarse from shouting and knew she had no chance of getting out, so she simply sat down to rest.
Fortunately, although she couldn't get out, she had a little beast to serve her.
Lang Qing shrank back and glanced up at her.
That icy gaze sent a chill down Lang Yun's spine for a moment.
"You little beast, how dare you glare at me! It's all your useless brother's fault that I've ended up like this. If it weren't for him, I wouldn't be in this state."
"Get up and fetch some water right now, or I'll beat you to death!"
Wolf Cloud raised his hand high.
Wolf Green left quickly, bending over.
He's still just a cub, and he's always hungry, so thin he's practically skin and bones. He's not even as strong as a cub that hasn't even taken human form yet.
Wolf Cloud ate all the food in the house.
He could only let the wolf clouds ravage him.
No one stopped Lang Qing from going out. He quickly brought in water, filled a heavy stone bowl with it, and handed it to Lang Yun.
Wolf Cloud crossed his legs, turned his back to him, and stretched out his hand without even glancing at him.
"You little beast, you're so slow! Are you going to kill me with thirst?! Ah!"
No sooner had he finished speaking than a scream came from Wolf Cloud's mouth.
Lang Qing lifted a large stone bowl weighing several kilograms and smashed it heavily on her head.
After letting out a scream, Wolf Cloud collapsed to the ground.
The blood flowing from his forehead quickly stained the ground red, and a hint of fear finally appeared on Lang Qing's stiff face.
The stone bowl tumbled and rolled to the ground with a thud.
He nervously looked outside the cave, thinking that orcs might come in.
Perhaps it was because Wolf Cloud had been howling so much today, but not a single orc came in to check. They probably just assumed Wolf Cloud was going crazy again and didn't want to pay any attention.
Looking at the motionless Wolf Cloud, Wolf Green swallowed hard. "Is...is it dead?"
He was both scared and happy.
She reached out to touch Lang Yun's nose, but suddenly opened her eyes wide.
Her hands, like pincers, were about to strangle Lang Qing's neck.
"You little beast, how dare you smash my things! Guards..."
Wolf Green's face turned pale, and he kicked her away. Wolf Cloud, who was dizzy and lightheaded, was knocked down. Before she could get up, Wolf Green grabbed an animal skin from somewhere and stuffed it into her mouth.
"Don't speak! You can't speak!"
He tightened his grip, his eyes growing increasingly fierce.
He has already hit Wolf Cloud, she definitely won't let him off the hook.
Thinking of this, Lang Qing, with a sudden surge of ruthlessness, found a rope and tied Lang Yun up tightly, not even sparing a single hair.
After tying them up, drag them to the innermost corner of the cave.
"Ugh! Ugh! Ugh!"
Wolf Cloud's eyes widened in terror as he glared at him fiercely.
He remained silent, covered her entirely with animal hide, and then collapsed to catch his breath.
My mind, however, was unusually clear.
He couldn't kill her; if she died, the chieftain would find out. Besides, he had no brother or mother, and no orc would raise him.
But Langyun is female, and the tribe will raise her.
A moment later, a dark light flashed in Lang Qing's eyes.
He wanted to live. This female kept calling him a little beast, so let her spend the rest of her life like a beast!
...
The orcs of the Gray Wolf tribe were in high spirits.
The next morning, the orcs who brought the food all had smiles on their faces.
"Wolf Cloud, come out and get your food. The chief won't let you go out, but you won't starve. Just behave yourself from now on."
A short while later, a thin, small cub emerged.
His face and body were covered in scars and dirt, making it impossible to recognize his original appearance.
"Uncle, my aunt asked me to come and collect food," Lang Qing said softly, head down.
The orc glanced at him, knowing that Wolf Cloud often ordered Wolf Green around, and gave him the food.
Anyway, he delivered everything.
Wolf Green took the food and returned to the cave, removing the animal skin from Wolf Cloud's body.
Right in front of her, he wolfed down the two pieces of meat and several fruits that the orc had given him.
Wolf Cloud stared wide-eyed, his eyes filled with resentment and malice.
After finishing eating, Lang Qing pulled the animal skin out of Lang Yun's mouth.
"You little beast, how dare you eat my flesh! Spit it out, and I should beat you to death..."
Enraged, before Bai could finish speaking, Lang Qing grabbed a handful of dirt and stuffed it into her mouth.
"Don't worry, you won't starve. You used to feed me this every day, now it's your turn, so eat more."
While stuffing water into her mouth, he pinched Lang Yun's chin and poured water into her mouth.
Having just eaten his fill, he had some strength and managed to feed Lang Yun several handfuls of dirt.
He used to need to eat every day...
Wolf Cloud's face turned ugly, and she opened her mouth to call for help, but Wolf Green quickly stuffed her mouth with animal hide again.
A few days passed like this.
Wolf Green only gave her a little food and water to keep her alive, and he didn't mind personally cleaning up her filth.
The orc who delivered the food was a bit strange; it was always Wolf Green who came out, so he came in to take a look once.
He saw that Lang Yun had his back to him, covered with animal skins, and smelled terrible.
"My aunt is still angry. She said that if you don't let her out, she won't go out and will just stay in the cave until she dies of old age," Lang Qing said quietly from the side.
The orc covered his nose, not bothering with Wolf Cloud's life or death, and quickly retreated.
The snow season will arrive soon.
As the snow fell heavily, covering the earth in a blanket of white, the beastmen all huddled in their caves. Apart from the routine delivery of food, the other beastmen had long forgotten about Wolf Cloud and Wolf Green.
Su Tang was unaware of what had happened in the Gray Wolf tribe.
These days she takes care of Hu Shen every day, changing his dressings.
