Su Tang rolled her eyes at Su Jianyuan. She wasn't A Tang, how would she know who the cub's father was?
As the group approached, the chatter of the gray wolf orcs, like water hitting a sponge, unconsciously reached their ears.
"This wandering orc is really bold, actually coming all the way to our Gray Wolf tribe in search of a female!"
“Atang isn’t a female in our tribe anymore. As long as this wandering orc doesn’t enter the tribe, we can’t drive him away…”
"I never expected that Ah Tang would actually mate with a wandering beastman to avoid becoming a mate with Lang Kui. She even came to my door. What kind of taste does this female have?"
A group of gray wolf orcs gathered around to watch the spectacle.
The wandering orcs inside were completely unaffected, arms crossed, leaning casually against a tree, a blade of grass-like plant dangling from their mouths, eyes closed, looking completely relaxed.
It wouldn't be an exaggeration to say they came for a vacation; there wasn't a trace of embarrassment about being stared at.
"Shh! Ah Tang is here..."
It was unclear which orc whispered something, but the gray wolf orcs' chatter subsided somewhat.
When they turned around and saw Su Tang and her group coming, they all made way for them, watching Su Tang with expressions of anticipation.
Wandering orcs are notoriously brutal and unreasonable; once you get entangled with them, it's not easy to escape their clutches.
Ah Tang, I'm afraid you won't have any good days ahead of you.
Upon hearing Su Tang's name, the wandering orc immediately opened his eyes, spat out the grass in his mouth with a "pui," and happily walked forward.
"Ah Tang, I've finally found you!"
Su Tang stopped three meters away, looking at the wandering beastman in front of her with a strange expression.
She had initially thought the wandering orc would be a rough, old man, but he turned out to be a young man, quite tall and slender.
He looked really slovenly; his hair was almost matted into a clump of mud, as if he had rolled out of a mud pit.
The animal hide on its body was intact, but it had not been washed or tanned at all. It was covered in residual bloodstains, and you could smell a strange odor from a great distance, even stronger than the smell of garbage dumps that Su Tang used to pass by.
Its pair of emerald-green beast eyes were always half-closed, exuding a lazy air, and there was also a distinct blue mark on its forehead.
"I searched for so long to find this place, it's really exhausting! You, you promised to be my partner, how could you suddenly run away..."
The wandering orc was chattering away when he suddenly noticed that Su Tang was looking at him with unfamiliar eyes. He paused and looked at Su Tang strangely.
"A-Tang, why aren't you saying anything? Don't you recognize me? I'm Da-Qing!"
Da Qing frowned. Could it be that this female was going to change her mind?
"You promised to be my partner, you can't go back on your word!"
Before Su Tang could speak, Da Qing continued, talking to himself:
"No, it's no use if you back out. I won't agree. You have to be my partner. From now on, I'll follow you and never go anywhere else."
Before Su Tang could even speak, the wandering orc in front of her rattled off a string of words like a machine gun.
The other person recognized him immediately; he was probably the wandering beastman companion that A-Tang had found.
Hearing this, it seems that Ah Tang secretly ran back without his knowledge.
But Ah Tang ran away precisely to avoid mating with Lang Kui. Now that she's found a partner outside, why is she running back?
Seeing Daqing's agitated state, Su Tang didn't have time to think it through.
He took a deep breath, raised his eyes, and looked at Da Qing with a serious and earnest expression:
"Daqing, it was an impulsive decision of mine to agree to be your partner. I was wrong to do this, and I'm sorry."
After Su Tang finished speaking, she sincerely bowed her head to show her apology, and then immediately continued to speak.
"Aside from being my partner and taking the cubs with me, you can make any other requests. I will try my best to compensate you. I hope you can understand."
The pit that Atang dug, she naturally had to fill in, but she wouldn't do it herself.
Daqing, who was excited, paused when he heard Su Tang's words, and a hint of hesitation flashed in his green eyes.
"Cub?"
What is this female saying?
The three siblings, including Su Tang, also noticed that Da Qing's reaction was strange. They exchanged glances, their eyes filled with confusion.
This wandering orc doesn't seem to know anything about the cub?
Didn't he know that Ah Tang had given birth to a litter of cubs?
"What nonsense are you spouting? I don't care. You've already promised me. I don't want any compensation. I just want to be with you. I want you to be my partner. You're not going to run away this time!"
Daqing waved his hand dismissively, seemingly unconcerned, determined not to back down.
Wolf Nini was angered by his shameless behavior and couldn't help but stand up for Su Tang:
"You rogue orc, how dare you so brazenly come to the tribe to steal females!"
Normally, wandering orcs would avoid tribes when they encounter them, so why would they so openly come knocking on their door?
If Su Tang weren't not yet a female in the Gray Wolf Tribe, the Gray Wolf Tribe would probably have driven Da Qing away long ago.
"Hey! You female trying to scare me. I didn't steal any females. I'm just here to find my mate. I didn't enter your tribe."
Daqing nodded smugly at Lang Nini.
"At worst, I'll just stay here and wait for my mate. Are you going to attack me?"
Orcs have a strong sense of territory, but as long as they don't set foot on the tribe's territory or harm the tribe's orcs, they won't easily attack even if there are wandering orcs outside.
Wolf Nini couldn't find the words to refute him for a moment.
