"Tangtang, we're home. Your second brother and the others aren't back yet..."
When Lin Xia returned home, she didn't see Su Jianyuan and Xiao Fu. She was about to tell Su Tang when she turned around and Su Tang was nowhere to be seen.
She looked puzzled.
"This child, didn't he say he was coming back to see the second son? Where did he go?"
Su Tang went straight back to the thatched hut.
Five kittens were huddled together sleeping, their heads touching their bottoms and their paws kicking their faces in strange positions.
It looks like a lump of kneaded dough.
Hearing the noise, the cubs woke up one after another and instinctively crawled towards Su Tang. Their short legs seemed to be walking on cotton, and their four paws went their separate ways.
Su Tang frowned instinctively, trying to move away.
Remembering that she had come back to take care of the cubs, she resisted the urge to leave the shed and carried each cub back to its nest to feed them.
The cub was starving. It clung to Su Tang's finger and drank greedily, its pink lips covered in white milk stains. In no time, it had finished all the milk Su Tang had brought back.
Feeling the soft touch on her fingertips, Su Tang felt a surge of emotion.
It seems... furry creatures aren't so bad after all?
She even found it somewhat therapeutic to watch the cubs drinking milk with gusto.
No wonder so many people like to keep pets these days.
Su Tang intended to wipe their mouths, but as soon as she took out the animal skin, she saw that they had licked the milk stains off each other's mouths as well.
"..."
They really don't let a single thing go unpunished.
Su Tang felt her aversion to the kittens had lessened. Seeing the kittens stacked up around her feet, she carefully picked one up.
I held it in my hand and gently poked its head with the pad of my index finger.
The little cub tilted its head back blankly, its adorable appearance bringing a smile to Su Tang's face.
The little thing is a bit silly, but it's quite fun.
But soon, Su Tang's smile froze on her face.
A moist, warm sensation came from my palm, and a pale yellow liquid seeped out from between my fingers and flowed down my fingers.
Su Tang's face darkened: "..."
You little brat!
He peed on her hand!

"Sister, Father and Mother, we're back!"
Su Jianyuan and Xiao Fu carried their prey in their mouths and ran all the way back to the thatched hut before transforming into human form and putting on animal skin skirts.
When the two elders saw the two in their animal forms, they thought wild beasts had come. But then the leopard spoke human language, making the same sound as their son, and even transformed into a human right before their eyes.
It took me a while to realize that they are no longer human.
"Second brother, you caught all of these..." Su Guodong looked at the prey he brought back with surprise, his face full of joy.
"I was lucky today, I caught four prey, I'll kill them all later, and we'll have an extra meal tonight."
Su Jianyuan looked proud. After speaking, he pulled Su Guodong and Lin Xia aside and whispered:
"Mom and Dad, I learned how to transform into animal form from Xiao Fu today. I'll teach you later too. Traveling in animal form is so much faster!"
Lin Xia nodded, "That's fine. If other orcs knew that we can't transform into beast forms, they might become suspicious of us."
Su Guodong was still a little excited. "Son, teach me quickly. I also want to see what my beast form looks like."
The son's beast form looks majestic.
"Don't rush, Dad. Xiao Fu is still here. We'll teach him together when Big Brother and Little Sister arrive." Su Jianyuan was exhausted after a long day and just wanted to lie down, so he declined.
Su Guodong glanced at Xiao Fu, who was standing there dumbfounded, and nodded repeatedly.
"Xiao Fu seems a bit strange. Why has she become so dull after being out all day?" Lin Xia asked Su Jianyuan in a low voice.
The child returned without saying a word, just staring blankly at the prey, looking completely lost.
Everything was fine before I left!
"What else could it be? They were impressed by my hunting skills!" Su Jianyuan chuckled, proudly tossing his ramen-noodle-like hair. He turned around and saw Su Tang with a dark face coming out of the thatched hut.
"Hey girl! Come here quickly, look what good stuff I brought back!"
Su Jianyuan immediately waved and shouted excitedly.
Su Tang had just cleaned up the cub's urine and was feeling annoyed.
She just remembered that the kittens were too small and needed stimulation to urinate, which explained why she hadn't seen them urinate since yesterday.
The thought of having to breastfeed and take care of the baby's bodily functions made Su Tang even more depressed.
If only the cubs could grow into babies.
"Hey sis, what's wrong? Why do you look so unhappy?" Su Jianyuan asked curiously as Su Tang walked over.
"No, you must have mistaken me," Su Tang replied expressionlessly. She would never admit that the cub had peed on her hand.
Su Tang's gaze shifted, and she saw the rabbits, pheasants, and squirrels on the ground, her eyes lighting up.
"Brother, you really caught your prey!"
The thought of having meat for dinner instantly brightened Su Tang's mood.
Her body is currently that of a carnivore; apples can only fill her stomach, but her body's instincts still crave meat.
"I'll go process the game. Second brother, you start the fire. We'll have barbecue for the whole family tonight." Lin Xia directed Su Guodong to take the four game animals and head to the river.
The whole family beamed with joy.
Nothing makes you happier than coming home after a busy day and being able to enjoy a hearty meal of meat.
“Mother, let me help you too.”
Su Tang followed, but before she had taken two steps, an uninvited guest arrived at her home.
"A-Tang, you stop right there!"
Wolfman, accompanied by several companions, came aggressively and blocked Su Tang and her group's path.
