We won't miss out on a few more bites of meat!
Wolfman's eyes lit up as he looked at the rabbit and squirrel in Su Jianyuan's hands. The two prey were very plump, weighing at least forty or fifty pounds together.
That should be enough to feed her for several meals!
As she reached out to take it, she continued greedily:
"My wolf Kui has given you far more prey than this. Don't think you can get rid of me with just this little bit. From now on, you'll have to give me half of your prey every day..."
Even if Lang Kui doesn't wake up, she'll still have a constant supply of food.
Wolfman was thrilled with his cleverness and resourcefulness.
But before she could even touch her prey, Su Tang slapped her away.
"What are you doing? Everyone heard what you just said. Do you want to go back on your word?" Lang Man glared angrily at Su Tang.
"Lang Kui was injured while saving our family, so of course I won't ignore it. I've said before that I'll take care of Lang Kui's injuries," Su Tang replied frankly.
"Then hurry up and give me the prey!" Wolfman said, trying to snatch the prey.
Su Tang curled her lips into a smile and raised her voice:
"I returned this prey to Wolf Kui, why should I give it to you?"
Before Wolfman could speak, Su Tang turned to face the gray wolf leader.
"Chief, I am willing to find a veterinarian to treat Wolf Kui. Please help me pass these two prey animals on to the tribe's veterinarian as payment for Wolf Kui's treatment."
After Su Tang finished speaking, she directly instructed Su Jianyuan to hand over the prey to the gray wolf leader.
Wolfman was dumbfounded. How did her prey end up in the leader's hands?
