Chapter 103 Caught in the Act (2/2)

You, you, you really, I really want to kill you!

As Shi Qiang came out, Zhao Zhiyi and his men also saw him, but none of them reacted until they heard him say that they remembered that the oil from last time might really be something like that.

At this moment, the female educated youth also arrived at the battlefield. Upon hearing what Shi Qiang said, they all went to observe Liu Jun's expression.

Under the flashlight's beam, Liu Jun looked strange, and he couldn't even muster a dry rebuttal.

Seeing his appearance, the others knew that things were probably as Shi Qiang had guessed.

At this moment, Shi Qiang and Zhu Pandi were the most excited. They didn't even bother to wait for Liu Jun to admit it. They grabbed whatever was at hand and pounced on him together.

In that instant, Liu Jun knocked over the two jars in his hands and was then pinned to the ground by the two men.

He was pinned to the ground because he was caught off guard. Once he realized what was happening, the two men were no longer able to completely overpower him.

The three of them started fighting, and soon knocked over the candles that were not even properly placed.

The kerosene lamp flipped over, which was not a big deal, but it landed directly on Liu Jun's head. Moreover, it was still burning, and it immediately set his hair ablaze.

At this point, the other educated youth who had originally intended to remain on the sidelines could no longer sit idly by and quickly stepped forward to help put out the fire.

Even though they were fast enough, their piercing screams still carried far, unsettling everyone present.

After they quickly put out the fire, they discovered that Liu Jun's head and face were badly burned.

A large patch of hair on his head was burned off, and there were large burn marks on his face and scalp.

He probably developed blisters at some point, which were then broken by their violent firefighting. Now his head and face are covered in blood, and there's also the exposed, raw flesh that's no longer protected by skin.

Seeing that miserable state, everyone else felt a lingering fear and were glad they hadn't gone over to join in the fun.

The injury looked extremely painful, causing onlookers to frown. Liu Jun, the person involved, was indeed in great pain, constantly groaning in agony.

At this moment, everyone watching rushed over to check on his injuries, including Chen Hui, who had exposed everything.

He had only intended to expose Liu Jun's true colors, never expecting it would cause him such serious injury. So, he walked over without any guard, even with a hint of sympathy on his face.

As soon as he got close, Liu Jun shoved him away, and the back of his head slammed heavily onto the stove, causing him to feel intense pain in his tailbone.

The onlookers saw Chen Hui being thrown out like that, followed by two muffled thuds, before they panicked and fled from Liu Jun's side.

Hearing Chen Hui's groans and seeing the bloodstains on the stove, everyone gasped in shock.

No one could have imagined that Liu Jun, in such pain, would still think of taking revenge on Chen Hui, and yet he did.

So now everyone's expression has changed when they see Liu Jun. Who would dare to get close to such a ruthless person?

However, Liu Jun was in so much pain that after confirming that he had successfully ambushed Chen Hui, he ignored the expressions of those around him and just sat there with his eyes closed, groaning in agony.

Looking at the chaotic scene, Zhao Zhiyi was at a loss. After all, it was the middle of the night, the infirmary was not open, and both of the men looked to be seriously injured.

I glanced at the time; it was a little past four. If I were to get the person to a hospital in the city, the time wouldn't be too far off.
