Her prediction was correct; Sheng Yi didn't come that evening, but Si Tian came over carrying a large basket.
Presumably, she knew about Zhu Qinghao's injuries, so she opened the courtyard gate herself before coming in.
Si Tian had already entered the courtyard, while Zhu Qinghao was still on the kang (heated brick bed). She was torn between being hungry and cold, and was reluctant to get up.
Just then, the sound of knocking and Si Tian's voice came from the doorway at the same time.
"Are you alright? Are you awake? Are you hungry?"
Zhu Qinghao, who originally didn't want to get up, heard this voice and immediately rolled over and got up.
"Sweetie? What brings you here? Wait for me a moment, I'll open the door for you right now."
"Okay, no rush. Just slow down, don't go too fast. I'm not in a hurry, I can wait, okay?"
Zhu Qinghao agreed verbally, but her legs moved quickly, and she soon hopped to the door and opened it.

Si Tian didn't explicitly say who this "someone" was, but Zhu Qinghao immediately thought of Sheng Yi, since no one else should know that she was injured except for him.

Seeing that Zhu Qinghao didn't curiously ask who "someone" was, Si Tian felt a little itchy.
"Alright, aren't you curious about who it is? Ask me, ask me, and maybe I'll tell you."
Zhu Qinghao saw through her thoughts, ignored her completely, and turned around to jump into the house with one foot.
"Oh, I'm not curious, because I know who it is."
Si Tian quickly put down what she was holding and followed Zhu Qinghao, standing right next to her ready to help her at any time, but she couldn't stop talking.
"Oh? You know it's Dr. Jiang? Well then, it seems I can't keep you in suspense any longer."
But let me tell you, he's so thoughtful. He made a special trip to my place before he left at noon, inviting me to come over for dinner with you tonight.
Si Tian helped Zhu Qinghao back to the kang (a heated brick bed), and then went back to the door to pick up the basket that had been brought over earlier, which was full of things.
"I was originally thinking about how you would treat me to a meal and how he would help you invite me, but then I heard that you injured your foot and couldn't walk around easily."

As she spoke, she proudly waved the heavy basket she was carrying at Zhu Qinghao.
