The young woman scooped up the child, while keeping one hand free to cover his mouth at any moment. She looked at Zhu Qinghao and the other woman with an apologetic expression, inwardly filled with remorse.
Damn it, why didn't I cover my son's mouth earlier? This is so embarrassing.
The child was indeed too young to understand, and the adults were trying their best to stop him while also apologizing. It wasn't a big deal, so Zhu Qinghao naturally didn't intend to make a fuss about it.
"It's alright, it's alright, the child is very cute, comrade, don't worry about it."
The young woman was finally relieved to see that Zhu Qinghao's face was sincere and that Sheng Yi seemed to indulge her in everything.
However, she didn't seem completely at ease, because she hurriedly carried the child a long way before putting him down and pinching his little nose.
"You, you, luckily your older brother and sister didn't hold it against you. You can't say everything in public, you know?"
The boy looked puzzled and frowned.
"But Grandma Wang and the others..."
"Grandma Wang and the others are adults. Adults generally know what they can and cannot say, so what Grandma Wang and the others say never makes anyone unhappy, right?"

Sheng Yi took the opportunity to move closer, only to find that Zhu Qinghao's gaze had already fallen on his left hand.

As soon as this realization came to him, he subconsciously hid his hands behind his back, but then stopped halfway through the movement.
Forget it, she's already seen it, there's no point in hiding it anymore.
Zhu Qinghao accurately captured the embarrassment on his face, crossed her arms, and looked at him with a half-smile.
"Why aren't you hiding anymore? I think you've been hiding all the way here."
Sheng Yi awkwardly tugged at the corners of his mouth, trying to make his smile look natural, but his efforts failed.
"Okay, okay, I wasn't hiding anything. It's just a minor injury, nothing serious."
Zhu Qinghao nodded in agreement with his words.
"Alright, whatever you say, I'll believe you. But if I find out you're lying to me..."
Sheng Yi felt something was off when he heard the first half of the sentence, but when he heard the rest, he knew that his feeling was indeed correct.
Hao Hao was unhappy and seemed to realize that he had lied to her.
He originally intended to keep it a secret, but Zhu Qing had already said so many nice things. If he still dared to keep it a secret, he would be incredibly stubborn.
So he quickly stood up straight and looked at Zhu Qinghao carefully:
