After Zhu Qinghao and her companions finalized the arrangements for firewood, the two of them, led by Aunt Chunhua, continued on to the next house.
It was thanks to Xing Chunhua's reminder that the two of them realized that they were missing other things at home, such as a kang mat, a broom, a bamboo basket, and a carrying basket.
When Xing Chunhua heard that they didn't have these things, she took them out without saying a word and led them to buy all the necessary items.
After Zhu Qinghao and her companion took the items home and organized them, they found that the furniture deliveryman had arrived at the door. After all the furniture was inside, the firewood arrived.
That afternoon kept the two of them very busy.
To speed things up, they always worked together, tidying up Zhu Qinghao's side first before going to tidy up Si Tian's side together.
The two of them had time to chat and laugh at first, but they couldn't keep up as they worked. When Si Tian was stacking firewood, she could barely lift her arms.
Zhu Qinghao is doing a little better, but she's still exhausted.
So when the captain came to call them over for dinner that evening, both of them lost their appetite.
Seeing that they were indeed exhausted, Wang Fulin didn't force them. He simply told them to rest well and then left.

"Well, you shouldn't have come. See how it went? Luckily I arrived early, and I still managed to outdo you."
Zhu Qinghao and Sinian were wondering what was going on when they saw the two of them look at each other and then burst into laughter.
After laughing, Xing Chunhua explained to the two of them:
"You two don't need to worry about this. We're fine. It's just that we always like to do the same thing at the same time, but your Aunt Haiying always insists on choosing who goes first. Did that scare you?"
Zhu Qinghao and Si Tian both laughed when they heard this explanation, waving their hands repeatedly to show that they were not scared.
Since it was getting late, Xing Chunhua and Tian Haiying did not stay long. After putting down the thermos and food and giving them some instructions, they left together.
Thanks to the thermos flasks brought by the two aunts, Zhu Qinghao and Si Tian were able to soak their feet properly after dinner that evening.
Si Tian was indeed exhausted during the day, so after soaking her feet, she went straight to bed and fell into a deep sleep.
As for Zhu Qinghao, she didn't rush to sleep, not even going to bed, because she still had to go out to the cowshed to check if her family members were all safe and sound, otherwise she wouldn't be able to feel at ease.
Zhu Qinghao wandered around the room out of boredom, and finally went to take out the quilts and clothes she had prepared in her space, patched them up, and stopped only after they looked worn and tattered.
When it was almost dark, she quietly slipped out of the door and headed straight for the nearby cowshed.
Remembering the captain's instructions during the day that someone might be watching her, Zhu Qinghao didn't even dare to use a flashlight on the way.
Unfamiliar with the road conditions and in complete darkness, she almost fell while making a turn on the road, but fortunately she managed to hide in the space without serious injury.
After entering and exiting the space several times, Zhu Qinghao arrived at the cowshed.
