Li Kui, with his sharp eyes, immediately recognized that Jiang Jiahan had visited their county high school, looking for Lin Chen. However, he didn't say anything, but silently observed everything.
"Quiet! Everyone, quiet down!"
Jiang Jiahan stood on the podium, her gaze seemingly scanning the students below, but in reality, her eyes were constantly searching for Lin Chen. This simple introduction gave everyone a preliminary understanding of Lin Chen's identity. Upon hearing that Lin Chen dared to "skip military training," everyone felt a pang of unease.
Lin Chen was displeased to see Jiang Jiahan deliberately teasing him. He was, after all, Jiang Jiahan's boss, and this was incredibly disrespectful. So, when Jiang Jiahan tried to get Lin Chen to sit down, he remained standing.
"Lin Chen, if you want to stand as punishment, then you can stand there forever!" Jiang Jia said with a smile, her eyes flashing with a challenging light.
“If you tell me to stand, I’ll sit; if you tell me to sit, I’ll stand!” Lin Chen retorted without backing down.
The students were in an uproar! Jiang Jiahan was a renowned figure at Haizhou University; her classes were extremely popular. Therefore, everyone respected her greatly. But Lin Chen, a freshman, dared to publicly criticize Jiang Jiahan? Was he crazy?
Jiang Jiahan knew that Lin Chen was retaliating against her, so she pretended to be angry and said, "How dare you, Lin Chen, stand up!"
However, Lin Chen completely ignored her and continued reading. Seeing this, Jiang Jiahan could only say helplessly, "Fine, fine, then you can sit here!"
Before he could finish speaking, Lin Chen suddenly stood up!
