Opening a guesthouse is a wonderful thing, but behind it lies a lot of trivialities.
The inn that Huang Dehan took over is not small, so he has to hire staff. With 26 rooms, he needs at least four room attendants and three front desk staff, working in shifts 24 hours a day.
