Chapter 47 Going to Eat

Chapter 47 Going to Eat

The third daughter, who was staying at the hotel, became angrier and more aggrieved as she thought about it. She had been with Huang Dehan for three years, but in the end, she had ended up like this, with nothing left.

Just as San'er was secretly shedding tears, her phone suddenly rang.

She picked it up and saw that it was a call from Huang Dehan.

San'er started crying before she could even speak on the phone.

Huang Dehan quickly and gently coaxed, "Baby, what's wrong? Have you eaten? Don't cry, I'm coming to pick you up now, let's go eat together."

San'er cried so hard she could barely breathe, and mumbled a "hmm".

Fortunately, Huang Dehan's conscience wasn't completely rotten; he still remembered to take her out to eat.

San'er went into the bathroom to wash her face and put on some light makeup. Just as she finished getting ready, she received a text message from Huang Dehan that he had arrived downstairs at the hotel.

San'er looked at herself carefully in the mirror, and finding nothing wrong, she went out.

"Boom—"

A thunderclap resounded in the sky.

As soon as San'er went downstairs, a torrential downpour suddenly began.

Huang Dehan turned on the hazard lights and urged San'er to get in the car quickly.

San'er ran to the car, exclaiming, "It's raining so hard!"

Huang Dehan's eyes gleamed with excitement; it seemed even God was on his side.

"Yes, it's raining so hard, that's wonderful!" Huang Dehan said happily.

San'er looked at Huang Dehan in surprise, "What's so good? You seem very happy, is there something that makes you happy?"

"Yes."

"What's the good news? Tell me!" San'er pouted and urged him to tell her quickly.

Huang Dehan said mysteriously, "You'll find out in a moment."

"What is it? Tell me quickly!" San'er was itching to know what Huang Dehan was talking about.

"Don't rush, you'll know when we get there. If I tell you now, there won't be any surprises, right?" Huang Dehan said mysteriously.

Seeing Huang Dehan's mysterious expression, a sense of curiosity spread through San'er's heart.

Did Huang Dehan buy her another house?

Could it be that she's mistaken, and Huang Dehan still loves her?

"Where are we going?" San'er asked tentatively.

"Let's go eat."

Upon hearing that they were going to eat, a hint of disappointment flashed in San'er's eyes. It turned out that he wasn't going to take her to see the new house... But thinking about it, that was impossible. He had just made her return the house, how could he possibly give her another one?

"I have nowhere to live now. Aren't you going to help me find another place?" San'er said, feeling wronged.

Huang Dehan glanced at San'er, a barely perceptible dark glint flashing in his eyes, and a sinister smile curled at the corner of his lips. "Don't worry, I've arranged everything for you."

"Really?" San'er's face lit up with joy. "Where?"

"I'll take you there after we finish eating." Huang Dehan's smile widened.

San'er was very happy, "Okay!"

"Boom—"

A bolt of lightning ripped through the sky, followed by a thunderclap that exploded in the air.

Large raindrops pounded against the car window, and the windshield wipers couldn't keep up with the rain.

Huang Dehan drove slowly, the car crawling along in the rain and fog.

It gradually got dark.

Seeing the heavy rain, San'er was a little worried. "Where are we going to eat? Maybe we should just find somewhere to eat."

"We're here." Huang Dehan slowly parked the car in the parking space.

San'er sat in the car, looking out through the foggy window, but couldn't see anything.
