Chapter 510 Falling off the bed
"So what if it's wet? Get to work and stop nagging. If everyone acted like you, how would we do business?" Liu Xiaopang scolded.
Huang Dehan sat on a small stool, head down, angry but unable to speak out.
His wet clothes were dripping water.
It's incredibly uncomfortable to have wet clothes sticking to your body.
Seeing that Huang Dehan was dawdling and hadn't washed the dishes yet, Liu Xiaopang threatened, "If you don't wash the dishes, I'll dock your pay!"
Huang Dehan endured it for a while, then picked up the bowl and started washing it.
This washing session lasted all day, and the body heat dried the wet clothes on my body.
When Huang Dehan returned to his dormitory that night, he lay on the bed and couldn't get up. He felt sore all over and dizzy.
He touched his forehead; it was burning hot.
Oh no, I have a fever!
He quickly struggled to his feet, grabbed his backpack, and took out cold medicine from it.
Fortunately, he brought some medicine with him when he smuggled himself over, otherwise he would be penniless now and wouldn't even have money to buy medicine.
He took out the water he had brought back from the hotel and swallowed it with the medicine.
After taking the medicine, he quickly fell into a deep sleep.
I didn't even take a shower.
When I woke up the next day, my head still hurt a little.
Huang Dehan struggled to sit up, feeling sticky and smelly all over.
He wanted to take a shower, but forgot that he was sleeping on the top bunk. He lost his footing and fell straight down from the top bunk.
With a thud, his head slammed heavily onto the floor.
Huang Dehan suddenly felt dizzy and his vision went black, and he fainted.
The roommates saw it and quickly went over to check.
"Hey, wake up!" someone shouted, patting his cheek.
"What should we do? She seems to have fainted. Should we take her to the hospital?"
"Send me to a hospital my ass, do you even have the money?"
"No!"
"If you don't have one, then what are you yelling for?"
"But what if he dies?"
"So what if he's dead? What can we do?"
"So what should we do now? Should we tell Sister Ping?"
"I don't want to cause this trouble. Go by yourself. I have to go to work."
"I don't have time either, I have to go to work."
"Me too."
Soon, everyone in the dormitory left, leaving only Luo Wei.
"Damn it! You heartless people!" Luo Wei cursed.
He reached out and checked Huang Dehan's breath.
He felt relieved to find that the baby was still alive.
He's not dead yet.
He moved Huang Dehan to his lower bunk to sleep, and then went to work.
He couldn't possibly take leave for a complete stranger; helping him to bed was already the greatest act of kindness he could show.
When Liu Xiaopang didn't see Huang Dehan at work, he asked Luo Wei, "Why isn't Dong Ping here?"
“He fell off the top bunk and passed out,” Rowe said.
"Damn it! He's useless at everything, he can even break a bed. He's so damn stupid," Liu Xiaopang cursed.
"He's lucky he survived falling from the top bunk," Luo Wei said.
"It would be better if he were dead. He's so slow and indecisive, it's incredibly annoying!"
Liu Xiaopang's face was filled with dissatisfaction with Huang Dehan.
Huang Dehan didn't wake up until the afternoon.
He was incredibly lucky to survive.
However, my head still hurts a little.
He shook his aching head and used his hands to prop himself up on the bed to sit up.
After his fever subsided, he broke out in a sweat and smelled terrible. Huang Dehan got out of bed, went to his bedside, took a clean set of clothes, and went to the bathroom outside to take a shower.
