The music in the bar was deafening, and Chen Xiaohui kept drinking with Tan Xiyuan, one glass after another. Her phone kept ringing in her bag, but she was completely unaware.

Upon hearing this, Li Man immediately asked, "How did An Xin get hit by a car? Which hospital is she in? We'll be there right away."
"Please come over here first, we're at the People's Hospital."
"Okay, we'll head over there right away."
"What happened? An Xin was really hit by a car?"
Before Li Man could explain to Chen Xiaohui, she turned to Gu Ya and said, "Xiaoya, take Xi Yuan home first, and I'll go to the hospital with Xiaohui."
"What happened? Was An Xin really hit by a car?" Gu Ya asked.
"Yes!"
Upon hearing this, Chen Xiaohui sobered up instantly. "What happened? How could An Xin have been hit by a car?"
"Come on, let's go to the hospital." Li Man pulled Chen Xiaohui toward the roadside. She had been drinking and couldn't drive, so they had to flag down a taxi.
"Get in the car, I'll have the driver take us there," Gu Ya called out quickly.
Tan Xiyuan was already completely drunk and unconscious, sitting in Gu Ya's car.
Originally, Li Man wanted Gu Ya to take Tan Xiyuan home first, but it was difficult to hail a taxi at this time of day, so she accepted Gu Ya's offer.
Gu Ya asked the driver to take them to the People's Hospital. When they arrived at the hospital, Li Man and Chen Xiaohui got out of the car together.
"Call me if anything happens. I'll take Xi Yuan home first, then come find you later," Gu Ya instructed worriedly.
Li Man glanced at Gu Ya's slightly protruding belly and said, "Xiao Ya, it's getting late. You should go home and rest. I'll call you if anything comes up."

"Yes!" Chen Xiaohui responded and hurriedly pulled Li Man toward the operating room.
While in the car, Chen Xiaohui turned on her phone and discovered that she had many missed calls.
She called Teacher Zhou again and learned that An Xin was still in the operating room.
