Chapter 13 The broken house is leaking
Mu Xu loves home.
Unless I have to, I either rush home or stay at home.
Sometimes, even though he has a full day of classes, Mu Xu still has to go home at noon.
Even though he had only been at home for less than fifteen minutes the day before because of a traffic jam, he still ignored Lin Jin's suggestion that he should have a good rest at school and rushed home as soon as get out of class was over the next day.
Sometimes Lin Jin would ask when Ms. Qiao and Mr. Mu would return from their business trips. As soon as he asked, Mu Xu would naturally change the subject, diverting Lin Jin's attention elsewhere.
By the time he reacted and wanted to continue asking, Mu Xu had already gone to work.
When Mu Xu goes to work, Lin Jin sometimes video chats with him, but sometimes it gets boring.

The mimosa instantly became like a shy little kid, shrinking its leaves little by little.
Lin Jin found it amusing and whispered to Mimosa, "Why don't you come home with me?"

He had a full afternoon class and was rushing home after class, but he encountered a traffic accident ahead and was stuck in traffic for more than 40 minutes.

It was a little after seven o'clock and it was completely dark.
Mu Xu quickly opened the door and walked into the house without changing his shoes. When he raised his eyes, he saw Lin Jin standing barefoot at the innermost part of the balcony with his back to him.
A little further out is an endless abyss.
Mu Xu's eyes suddenly turned red, and his voice trembled: "Lin Jin!"
Lin Jin turned around, and the faint smile on his lips froze instantly when he saw Mu Xu's expression. He didn't know why Mu Xu looked so nervous and scared.

Lin Jin quickly let go of the mimosa leaves and walked quickly to him: "What's wrong?"

After hearing this, Lin Jin realized that he was the bad guy.
He has always disliked noise and always kept his cell phone on silent mode. However, he was bored recently and basically kept his phone with him all the time, so he didn't think there was anything wrong with it.

Lin Jin patted Mu Xu's back apologetically and said, "I'm sorry, I scared you."
"Don't be sorry." Mu Xu hugged him tightly, "Just hug me."
