A wall of mercury emerged, twisting and contorting eerily. Perhaps it had already caught its prey. Now, it no longer concealed itself, resolutely exposing itself before its prey.
Those who had narrowly escaped death were immediately horrified by the strange creatures they encountered as soon as they ran out of the venue.
Fear, despair; screaming, crying.
There was a moment of silence in the crowd.
After the initial calm, panic sets in, and people frantically run away. It's not just people who are fleeing; even the ghosts who ran near the stage to see the celebrities are running away.
Inside the stadium, the stage was the hardest hit area. There, neither humans nor ghosts were spared. And the ghosts, feared by the world, were in even more sorry state than the humans.
Because they had nowhere to run... They had no choice but to howl helplessly at the top of their lungs.
Above the stage, a deep, dark hole, like the gaping maw of a ferocious beast, was pulling the ghosts in one by one with its long tongue.
Silver Ring was quite far from the stage, and the exit of the venue was blocked by people trying to escape. She saw them, but she couldn't snatch the ghost back in time.
After most of the people in the venue had left, she roused herself and rushed into the venue.
"Grandma, what do we do now?" Ahui was frightened again and again, and became numb.
But Ahui was a passionate young man, and even encountering ghosts and demons couldn't extinguish the boiling passion in his blood. He was filled with righteous indignation, his eyes red, staring intently at the mangled, bloodied bodies on the ground.
Ahui was furious; he now loathed the woman in red the old woman had spoken of. These were human lives... Judging by appearances, at least one-fifth of those trapped under the broken wall were either dead or injured—that's over a thousand lives...
That beast deserves to die; his crime is unforgivable.
Silver Ring remained silent, a flash of sorrow crossing her dark eyes before returning to calm.
She reached up and pressed her hand to her chest. This feeling again...
She felt the same tightness in her chest when Shura killed someone that day.
Too many people had died or been injured; the crimson blood pooled into a stream, slowly meandering to Silver Ring's feet. A sharp pain shot through her chest, and her dark eyes, without her noticing, welled up with tears.
His misty eyes conveyed compassion, making him seem like the most merciful Buddha in the world.
"Grandma, don't cry. Let's avenge them and destroy that bastard." Ah Hui glanced at the scene, then turned around and saw that Yin Huan was sobbing softly.
Seeing Yin Huan shed tears, Ahui quickly comforted her, feeling a pang of emotion: What a lovely little vixen, unable to bear seeing people die.
She's a good demon, she's a good demon.
Silver Ring: "I didn't cry, it wasn't me who cried."
The sorrow welling up inside her made Yin Huan extremely distressed. She couldn't control herself, and tears streamed down her face.
Yin Huan gritted her teeth slightly.
She closed her dark eyes tightly, desperately suppressing the discomfort in her heart. She knew this wasn't an emotion she had initiated. Something was trying to control her.
Yin Huan exhaled, trying her best to suppress the discomfort churning in her chest. "My fate is in my own hands, not in the heavens," she thought, "and no one can control me."
After calming down a bit from the intense sadness, Yin Huan suddenly looked up and stared at the black hole above the stage.
Silver Ring gritted her teeth and said viciously, "You bastard, how dare you commit such a massacre! I'll beat him to death!"
After saying that, Yin Huan raised her arms, and between her ten fingers, long, dark green vines rose wildly, climbing and spreading throughout the entire hall at a speed visible to the naked eye.
Yin Huan frowned, let out a cold shout, and with a whoosh, severed the evergreen vine. Then, wielding her whip, she lashed it towards the black hole in the sky.
In the blink of an eye, a whip was lashed out, narrowly saving two souls from being swallowed by the black hole.
"come out."
Silver Ring tossed the departed souls behind her and lashed out with her whip again at the black hole. The long whip, like a nimble snake, plunged straight in and darted into the black hole.
"ah--"
A muffled sound came from the black hole. Immediately afterwards, a burst of pitch-black rain sprayed out from the black hole.
The black rain carried a strong, fishy stench, pungent and nauseating.
After the black hole emitted a sound, it immediately became violent and turbulent, with a malevolent aura surging from its pitch-black opening.
However, after the black rain fell, the black hole's suction seemed to weaken. A vengeful ghost that had just been sucked into the black hole managed to break free of the suction through its own strength.
The vengeful ghost escaped death and, as soon as it landed, hurriedly floated behind Silver Ring.
With a formidable enemy at hand, the scene was indistinguishable between humans and ghosts.
The appearance of the silver ring seemed to give hope to the ghosts that hadn't yet been sucked away, and they all rushed towards the silver ring, clutching their heads.
"Find someone to possess and go help save people," Silver Ring said coldly, glancing down at the ghosts behind him.
The stadium was enveloped by a protective barrier, and the ghosts had already revealed themselves. The humans, terrified by this sudden change and the ghosts, only knew how to run away, and no one had time to save anyone.
At this point, it's better to rely on ghosts than on people.
Upon hearing Yin Huan's words, the ghosts grabbed anyone in the hall at random and possessed them without saying a word.
At the same time, the ivy that had fallen off Silver Ring's ten fingers seemed to come alive, frantically roaming the venue, rescuing those who were trapped under the broken walls but still had vital signs.
The evergreen vine was forged from the stem of an ancient spiritual root extracted by Nuwa. It was inherently powerful, and even though the person who commanded it was Yin Huan, who had a weak cultivation level, it still possessed a force that should not be underestimated.
The ivy wandered through the mess of rubble, and in a short time, it pulled out one by one the living creatures still breathing under the concrete.
"Come out!" Silver Ring shouted, and his long whip, black and white, lashed out like lightning, unstoppably heading towards the black hole once more.
The black hole seemed to be terrified of the long whip in Silver Ring's hand. Just as the whip was about to touch the black hole, the ghostly hole... vanished.
