He was so fast that he was just a blur.
The instant his snake tail touched the edge of the cage, the large, black iron bar began to close up.

Just as the spider demon's scream subsided, another howl rang out.
Both voices were exceptionally loud, completely overshadowing the voices of all the monsters.
