Chapter 107 Give me fifty cents!

late at night.

Under the cool light coming in from the window.

It seemed like there was a black hole in the ground, and a small black hand stretched out from the hole. The hand was only the size of a newborn baby, but not as round as a baby's hand. Instead, it looked fierce and clawed, with very slender fingers that became completely sharp at the fingertips.

The black hole shrank for a moment as if it was breathing, and then the hole became larger again. The second black little hand explored the hole and slowly stretched out.

Then the third one, the fourth one...

A white, slender man's hand slid down from the bed and reached towards the black hole. The slender little hand that stretched out from the black hole suddenly became active, waving its little hand to try to grab the pale hand of a living person.

The hand fell next to one of the small black hands, with its palm flat, and the small black hand danced twice, spreading maliciousness with a rotten smell. It wanted to grab the man's hand, but the hand swayed beside it, lightly clapped its hands, and then retracted it.

Chi Shen sat on the edge of the bed, looked at the dancing black thing on the ground, and withdrew his hand.

"They are still so cute." Chi Shen supported his head with his other hand and said with a smile.

Ji Xingchen did not comment on this matter. He sat on the bed, reading a pile of documents that Chi Shen brought back. As a ghost, he could see the words clearly without turning on the light. However, Huang Lingling, who wanted to peek, saw this scene and felt a little uneasy. She looked at Chi Shen with a complicated expression.

"This is the curse that once inhabited me," Chi Shen stretched out another hand and teased the small black hands that kept sticking out from the ground, "I used a little trick to make them think they were still devouring my body, but in fact they were attacking another curse."

Huang Lingling commented in disgust: "What a liar! He even lied about curses!"

Chi Shen laughed: "If I don't lie to them, I will die. There is nothing I can do about it."

As he spoke, Chi Shen waved his hand, and the black hole suddenly shrank and soon disappeared.

Chi Shen seemed to be thinking about something, his expression became calm and he didn't say anything.

Ji Xingchen glanced at Huang Lingling, went over to say a few words to her, and asked Huang Lingling to leave Chi Shen's bedroom.

There was no light in the bedroom, so Chi Shen sat in the light of the street lamp. After thinking for a while, he suddenly said, "Coercion, inducement... this should be a very common thing."

Ji Xingchen put down the documents, pushed up his glasses, and looked at him quietly.

"I've used them many times," Chi Shen continued in a soft voice, "They are one of the ways that allowed me to survive."

Chi Shen half closed his eyes, thinking back to what he had experienced in the death game. He used the child's favorite doll to threaten the child, and then used the child to threaten his mother. This was a common thing in that world, and it was by using these methods that he could survive better.

But people must always make progress.

Chi Shen suddenly smiled, took out his cell phone and called Wei Zhuo.

Even though Wei Zhuo said he had other candidates, he decided to make the call.

The call was quickly picked up, and Wei Zhuo's cold voice came over the phone: "Hello?"

Chi Shen said: "I can solve the curse on your family, but not on you."

There was silence on the other end of the phone for a moment, and then Wei Zhuo's emotionless voice continued: "What do you mean?"

"The curse needs a carrier," Chi Shen said, "You are the best carrier."

"If I take on all the curses, nothing will happen to my family?" Wei Zhuo spoke in a relaxed voice, as if he didn't think it was a big deal.

Seeing Wei Zhuo so calm, Chi Shen was a little surprised. He said, "Yes, but the curse on you will explode faster and you will die faster."

Chi Shen heard Wei Zhuo's voice on the phone and chuckled: "It's okay."

The night wind blew in from the window that was not closed tightly, and the voice was soft: "It's good that they can survive."

Outside the residential area where Chi Shen lived, a man walked slowly.

It was late at night. Even though Tongfuyuan Community was located in the city center, the entrance to the community was very deserted. The security guard had already fallen asleep in the security room, and only the street lights were still on.

Under the street light was a man who looked very elegant. He was wearing a long black trench coat, his hair was combed meticulously, and he walked at a leisurely pace. He looked very graceful and handsome. The only thing that was strange was that he was wearing sunglasses so late at night.

When he was about to reach the gate of the community, several wild cats suddenly jumped out from the green belt on the side of the road and ran away around the man.

A taxi suddenly stopped at the gate of the community. The door opened and a drunk man stumbled out of the car. He reeked of alcohol and walked unsteadily into the community.

The man in the black windbreaker stopped and seemed polite, waiting for the drunk man to leave before leaving.

The drunk man cursed and his eyes were red from the alcohol. He suddenly stopped when he passed the man in the black windbreaker and turned to look at him: "Why... are you wearing sunglasses? Wearing sunglasses so late at night? Are you pretending to be cool?"

As he spoke, the drunk man reached out to take off the man's sunglasses.

The man in the black windbreaker did not move away. The drunk man's hands were not steady, and he reached out twice before he touched the sunglasses on the man's face. When he saw the pupils under the sunglasses, he suddenly felt a chill in his heart. He sobered up a lot and immediately put the glasses back on the man. He looked quite at a loss.

"Did I scare you?" The man in the black windbreaker put on his sunglasses again and said politely, "Sorry."

"It's so cold." The drunk man suddenly shuddered and began to run into the community. He didn't look back, but just muttered, "It's so cold! So cold!"

When he touched the man in the black windbreaker just now, he seemed to hear some noisy sounds, as if it was his drunken hallucination, but he did not think it was an hallucination.

The voice seemed to say, "Master, he does not respect you."

"Master, we need to teach him a lesson."

When he touched the man's sunglasses just now, he felt like his hand was passing through a piece of long-frozen ice.

The drunk man looked back at the man in the black windbreaker again. He thought that he must be drunk, otherwise why would he see the trees around the man in the black windbreaker begin to twist? The twisted posture seemed as if something was about to come out from there.

The man wrapped his clothes tightly and left in a hurry.

So cold——

The sunglasses once again blocked the unusual eyes of the man in the black windbreaker. He did not go into the community, but stood at the gate of the community and looked up into the community.

"Building 4, unit 4, 13th floor, 4-4," he muttered softly, "What a wonderful number."

His voice suddenly stopped for a moment, as if he was listening to something, and then he said softly: "He took away your brother and the beautiful bride. Before he entered the old house, he was just an ordinary person who knew nothing."

There were faint whispers in the air, and soon the man in the black windbreaker laughed: "In such a short time, do you think he would come out from that place?"
