Chapter 123 Don’t Become an Idle Rich Second Generation

Chapter 123: Don’t Become an Idle Rich Second Generation

After Tang Su packed her things, she came out of the west gate of the school and hailed a taxi on the roadside. She first took the taxi to a western restaurant, ordered a steak and a chicken wing, and then took a taxi home after eating.

By the time she got home, it was already past two in the afternoon.

The Tang family was still the same as usual, with almost no changes to the furnishings in the house, and the nanny, Aunt Yang, was cleaning.

"Tang Su, have you eaten?" Aunt Yang asked with a smile when she saw Tang Su coming back.

She has put the vegetables in the pot to heat them up.

"I've already eaten, Aunt Yang." Tang Su replied calmly, and was about to go upstairs to her room, but at this time Aunt Yang asked again:

"Do you have any laundry to do today?"

In the past, Tang Su would always bring back a big bag of dirty clothes and ask her to wash them every time he came back.

"No, Aunt Yang, I bought a washing machine and put it in the dormitory. I won't bring dirty clothes back in the future." Tang Su replied. After that, he went upstairs with his schoolbag.

Tang Su came to his room, the master bedroom on the third floor. The bedroom should have been cleaned in the past two days, it looked very clean, and the sheets and quilt covers were all changed.

Tang Su opened the curtains to let the sunlight in. The bedroom was large and there were not many pieces of furniture in it. Most of the furniture were some game props she had bought before.

However, Tang Su has no interest in these things now. If she plays games again, she thinks she might be punished by the system again in the next exam.

Of course, more importantly, she doesn't want to become a rich second-generation who is idle and has nothing to do, or become a housewife like her stepmother Qin Hui who can only rely on men and has no ability or skills of her own.

And when the time comes, when everyone talks about the daughters of the Tang family, they will all say how outstanding Tang Lin is, and she will not even be a foil.

Her mother had been kicked out of the Tang family. If she was kicked out too, she would be damned.

Tang Su then took out his cell phone and placed it on the desk, then took out a notebook and pen from his schoolbag and prepared to attend the class.

She has not forgotten that she failed the last grammar test. The system will conduct a second test today, and she must pass it this time.

Tang Su had just opened the course when he heard the sound of a box being dragged on the ground outside.

Then there was a knock on the door.

Tang Su slammed the table in frustration, walked to the door in annoyance and opened it.

Upon closer look, it was his stepmother Qin Hui and his younger sister Tang Lin.

The stepmother was dragging a large suitcase, and Tang Lin was dragging a small one.

"Tang Su, you should go on the trip too. Your father has specifically told us that you must go." Qin Hui lowered her voice and tried to maintain a calm tone when communicating with her daughter.

Tang Su waved his hands impatiently.

"Can't you see I'm doing my homework? I'm not going. If you want to go, go by yourselves."

Tang Su said angrily, I am so annoyed by this woman.

He always likes to pretend that he cares about me, but I don’t know what he is thinking in his heart.

"You can do your homework when you come back. We'll be back after playing for two days." Qin Hui still didn't give up. Because she was dissatisfied with Tang Su, she didn't know how to explain to her husband.

However, there was a loud bang.

The door was closed.

Tang Su was too lazy to talk to his stepmother, so he just closed the door and locked it from the inside.

The chirping is so noisy.

If she really cared about herself so much, why wasn't she nervous and heartbroken when she saw her face become like that before?
