Chapter 794 How to Become an Excellent Data Analyst

Xue Yao smiled even more.

"It's okay." He looked at Tang Su and gently stroked her long hair. "I will give you confidence in the future."

He could guess what Tang Su was worried about, but he would not allow that to happen.

Tang Su didn't reply, but at this moment, her mood was a little better.

She thought that maybe she still needed some courage, because if she backed down without trying, she would never be able to gain a true love.

"Xue Yao... I'm going back to take a shower." Tang Su touched his forehead, which was covered in sweat.

She had just forgotten what she looked like now. She had run two kilometers and was now covered in sweat.

"Okay, I'll take you home." Xue Yao stood up immediately, but still did not let go of Tang Su's hand. Instead, he held her hand and walked towards the dormitory building together.

The two of them walked hand in hand in the school like all the other campus couples.

At this time, the campus of Qingda University was very lively. On the Starlight Avenue in the west campus, someone was playing guitar and singing, an open-air movie was being shown on a playground in the south, and many couples were dating by the school's Crystal Lake.

On weekends, this place becomes a romantic university.

Back in the dormitory, Tang Su took a shower and went to bed.

She didn't want to think about things at home anymore, because the more she thought about it, the more upset she would become.

So if she just ignores it, she won't be affected much.

Tang Su had no activities planned for Sunday.

She came to the library early in the morning with her computer to study.

There are no classes on weekends in college, but she feels that she cannot waste these two days on socializing or eating, drinking and having fun.

She is also not used to days without studying, which makes her feel that she is wasting her time.

After arriving at the library, Tang Su did nothing else but look up information first.

Although she has been in school for a month, she still feels that she does not have a particularly clear understanding of her major, how to learn professional knowledge well, and how to become an outstanding talent.

Tang Su then read other people's posts on major CS forums and some discussion websites, especially those from senior students who have already entered the society. Through their stories, she could know what essential skills she needed to master when entering the society in the future, and how she should arrange her studies during her four years in college.

Tang Su watched it for almost two hours. After finishing, she made some summary of what she had watched.

After summarizing, Tang Su came to a conclusion. His major was called Data Science and Big Data Technology, but this major was an interdisciplinary subject. Therefore, he should focus on one area during his undergraduate studies instead of blindly dividing his study time equally among courses in the three fields of mathematics, statistics, and computer science. Instead, he should focus on studying one area, and then tackle another direction after entering the graduate stage.

Tang Su also analyzed it himself and felt that to become an excellent big data analyst, one must first have a certain ability to write code, and then be able to use algorithms and analyze data. These are the most basic abilities.

Through the stories told by her seniors, she also realized more clearly that in order to truly learn knowledge and improve abilities in college, she can only rely on herself, and it is absolutely not enough to just complete the courses arranged by the school.
