Chapter 32 The Evil Neighbor
Gu Lanjuan's large face appeared on the screen. She forced a smile through her wrinkles and said while ringing the doorbell, "Xiao Xi, open the door."

Lei Bao, who had been making a fuss all day and hadn't eaten dinner, finally cried himself to sleep in Gu Lanjuan's arms. Gu Lanjuan and her husband were talking to each other with their heads down. The elderly couple were separated from the zombies by just one door.
This left Lin Xi completely baffled. Even if she were homeless, she wouldn't live at the front door; living on the second floor would at least give her a sense of security.
She played the surveillance footage in reverse at 8x speed.
