Chapter 133 Drunkenness

Bai Chuxiao couldn't help but rub her forehead, feeling both touched and amused. She had never seen this side of her second aunt before.

"Second Aunt, the Prince and I are both fine..."

The Second Madam Murong was skeptical, but said, "Really?"

Bai Chuxiao nodded with a smile, "Don't worry."

Madam Murong sighed softly, "You've always been a strong-willed child, so your second aunt can't say much. Just keep it in mind. But since you've decided to become husband and wife, you need to trust each other..."

Bai Chuxiao tugged at her sleeve, smiling sweetly in a coquettish tone, "I know, Second Aunt is the best to me."

Chu Tianze, who was playing chess, looked slightly serious and absent-minded. He had many questions for Murong Yuan, but he knew he wouldn't get answers even if he asked. He could only wait for his mother and Murong Yuan to speak, but the two of them clearly had no intention of telling him anything.

Murong Yuan chuckled, "Your Highness, what are you thinking about?"

Chu Tianze's expression was enigmatic, and he said calmly, "General Murong should know the answer to my question very well."

Murong Yuan remained expressionless and slowly spoke, "When the time is right, Your Highness's confusion will naturally be resolved."

Chu Tianze's eyes flickered slightly, and he asked softly, "What is General Murong waiting for?"

Murong Yuan smiled faintly and remained silent, raising his eyes to stare intently at the man before him who was already capable of handling things on his own, his eyes revealing complex emotions...

Chu Tianze sensed this gaze and paused in his chess game. Murong Cheng and the others watching from the side were both puzzled and thoughtful...

Dinner was lavish, and the atmosphere at the table was far superior to that of the Bai family. The Murong family members and Chu Tianze drank incessantly, seemingly determined to drink until they were completely drunk. Bai Chuxiao thought for a moment and didn't stop them. She knew that Chu Tianze must have many questions, and so did she...

After the meal, Murong Che and the others were all drunk, and Chu Tianze was also quite tipsy. Bai Chuxiao supported him, and looking at the only two sober people, Murong Cheng and his second wife, she said helplessly, "Second Uncle, Second Aunt, I'll take the Prince back first."

Murong Cheng and his second wife nodded slightly. "Xiaoxiao, take good care of the Prince and be careful on the road."

Upon hearing this, Murong Yuan, who was also somewhat drunk and sitting at the head of the table, suddenly stood up, walked to Bai Chuxiao and Chu Tianze, and murmured, "They've grown up, they really look alike... so alike."

Bai Chuxiao's heart tightened. "Grandfather, what did you say?"

Murong Yuan remained silent, and Murong Cheng quickly stepped forward to support him, saying, "Xiaoxiao, you should go back first. Your grandfather is also drunk."

Bai Chuxiao nodded, but her heart was in turmoil. Her grandfather's words were obviously not directed at her. So, did this "likeness" mean that Chu Tianze resembled someone else? She couldn't help but recall that someone else had said that before...

In the Qichi Courtyard of the Prince of Yan's residence, Bai Chuxiao sat on the edge of the bed, gazing at the unconscious Chu Tianze. A heavy look appeared on her face as she gently smoothed the disheveled hair from his face and murmured, "Are you afraid too...?"

Lanxiang carefully pushed the door open and came in, saying softly, "Your Highness, shall we wash and dress now?"

Bai Chuxiao nodded. By the time she composed herself and returned to her room, it was already late at night. Lying on the inside of the bed, looking at Chu Tianze, whose breathing was already even, she unconsciously closed her eyes...

The next morning, Chu Tianze slightly opened his eyes, feeling a heavy head. He rubbed his temples, and Bai Chuxiao let out a soft groan at the movement.

A gentle smile appeared on Chu Tianze's face. He turned slightly to embrace his still-sleeping wife, gazing intently at her... until sunlight streamed into the room. Bai Chuxiao had already draped an arm and a leg over Chu Tianze, showing no sign of waking up.

A soft knock came at the door. Chu Tianze was slightly annoyed, not wanting to break the peaceful moment, but he also didn't want his wife to wake up and see him covered in the smell of alcohol. After a moment's thought, he gently placed her hands and feet comfortably, then carefully got out of bed.

As the Prince of Yan opened the door, Lanxiang and the others were about to bow when Chu Tianze shook his head, quietly closed the door, and then slowly said, "Prepare some food, and don't disturb the Princess's sleep."

When Chu Tianze finished tidying up and sat down on the edge of the bed, a smile flashed in his eyes as he looked at Bai Chuxiao, who was now lying flat on her back in a different sleeping position. He then took off his outer robe, leaned against the headboard, and picked up a book to read...

With Chu Tianze's instructions, even though the sun was high in the sky, no one came to disturb them.

While still asleep, Bai Chuxiao felt someone beside her and instinctively reached out to touch them. However, her hand accidentally struck a certain part of their body.

Caught off guard, Chu Tianze cried out in pain. This startled Bai Chuxiao awake. Opening her eyes, she saw a man with a dark expression, gasping for breath. Then she realized her hand was on a certain area.

Bai Chuxiao was instantly wide awake, quickly pulled her hand back, sat up, and gave an awkward laugh.

Chu Tianze gritted his teeth, "Madam, are you trying to murder your husband?"

Bai Chuxiao felt a pang of guilt, blinked, and asked hesitantly, "It should be alright, right?"

Chu Tianze asked with a resentful look, "Madam, would you like to experience this?"

Bai Chuxiao's expression shifted uncertainly. She had gone to bed very late last night. Her second aunt was right; since she had chosen Chu Tianze, they should trust each other. Chu Tianze trusted her and was willing to show her his vulnerable side. And what about her? It was time for her to let go of some of her uncertainties.

Having figured things out, Bai Chuxiao stopped worrying. She leaned down and kissed the man, smiling as she said, "Chu Tianze, let's... consummate our marriage."

A flicker of fervor shone in Chu Tianze's eyes as he slowly spoke, "Xiaoxiao, are you truly willing?"

Bai Chuxiao nodded with a smile, "Of course, you're not really incapable, are you?"

Chu Tianze pushed her down onto the bed and kissed her lips. This time, he received an even more passionate response. They continued until they were both slightly out of breath before their lips parted.

Bai Chuxiao's cheeks flushed, her gaze somewhat hazy and alluring, "Chu... Tian... Ze..."

Chu Tianze's breath hitched, his eyes burning with a flame, and he kissed her again, his large hands caressing her slender waist. Bai Chuxiao couldn't help but let out a soft moan...

The gauze curtains by the bed had fallen down at some point, and the two people's clothes were scattered haphazardly on the floor. Behind the curtains, two figures were intertwined and entwined, occasionally letting out soft moans and panting...

It was nearly noon, and the door still hadn't opened. Lanxiang and the others, who were waiting for instructions not far away, smiled. The prince and princess had finally consummated their marriage, and Mo Yan and the others breathed a sigh of relief. The prince had been truly terrifying the past two days...

On the spacious bed, Bai Chuxiao, her shoulders slightly exposed, leaned against the man's shoulder, her cheeks flushed.

Chu Tianze's eyes darkened slightly. He raised his hand and pulled the blanket up to cover the exposed skin, then gently stroked the soft hair of the woman beside him and asked in a low voice, "Xiaoxiao, are you feeling unwell?"

He shouldn't have asked. His question made Bai Chuxiao roll her eyes. Feeling the soreness all over her body, she said irritably, "What do you think?"

Chu Tianze put his arm around her and said calmly, "It's alright, Xiaoxiao, get some rest today. You'll get used to it..."
