Chapter 6: Dinner, Business Talk



So Lu Zhe stepped inside, and subconsciously looked to his left, feeling somewhat confused.

"What's going on in this room? Why is the washing machine and bed together?"

Tang Qi: "That's the nanny's room."

Lu Zhe: "Oh, there's this kind of setup. So I'll sleep here?"

"How could that be!"

Tang Qi shook her head vigorously, grabbed his arm, and pulled him inside.

After passing through the entrance hall and entering the living room, Lu Zhe witnessed what a truly expansive view meant.

The living room has two walls, both of which are glass curtain walls—or, to put it another way, floor-to-ceiling windows. Standing next to the sofa, you can enjoy a commanding view of half of Chengdu.

At 49 stories, it's already much taller than most buildings in the vicinity.

Inside the room, the floor and sofa were naturally impeccable, but their impact was clearly less than that of the expansive floor-to-ceiling windows.

Lu Zhe stood beside the sofa, looking at the city night view outside, remaining silent.

Tang Qi plopped down on the sofa, not looking at the night view, but just looking at him and asking with a smile, "There are two more bedrooms inside, why don't you pick one?"

Lu Zhe: "You choose first."

Tang Qi casually pointed: "My bedroom is over there. I mean, you can choose one of the other two secondary bedrooms."

Lu Zhe was stunned: "This house has three bedrooms?"

Tang Qi laughed and retorted, "Yeah, what else did you think?"

Lu Zhe looked down at her, at the girl's sweet smile. He suddenly had a feeling that... this girl was just too beautiful!
