Although he didn't see Xue Xiaodie cook, Lu Zhe could guess what she was doing by observing the finished product.

Lu Zhe sat down and took a closer look, discovering that the toast contained not only toast but also thinly sliced ham.

So now the question is—should you use a knife and fork, chopsticks, or just grab it with your hands to eat toast?
Lu Zhe looked at the three plates of fragrant toast, hesitated for a long time, and then went to the kitchen to get three pairs of chopsticks, placing them on the plates. But even then, the two girls were still in the inner room and hadn't come out.

Xue Xiaodie used chopsticks to break the toast in half, then picked up one half to eat.
Lu Zhe picked up the entire slice of toast.
After taking a couple of bites, Lu Zhe swallowed what was in his mouth and said, "It tastes good! You not only added salt, but also pepper and scallions. And the oil you used, was it butter?"
Xue Xiaodie hummed in agreement and smiled, "You could tell from the taste, Chef?"
Lu Zhe waved his hand: "What chef? I just paid a little attention to the taste. To be fair, the cooking time was pretty good, it smells really good."
"I don't know how to make anything too complicated, so I'll just make some simple breakfasts for the chef to taste." As she said this, Xue Xiaodie tilted her head and gazed at him with a smile in her eyes.
Lu Zhe met her gaze and couldn't help but smile. But suddenly, he realized there was a third person present, so he looked at Tang Qi, who was quietly eating her breakfast.
Tang Qi ate bite by bite, her eyes vacant and lifeless, as if she might fall asleep at any moment.
Clearly, Tang Qi, still drowsy, hadn't heard a word of Lu Zhe and Xue Xiaodie's conversation. If she were in her normal state, she would definitely have reacted.
Lu Zhe quickly finished his toast, put down his chopsticks, and said to the young lady, "It's good that you got up earlier, to adjust your schedule. Don't forget, you'll have to get up even earlier tomorrow."
Hearing this, Tang Qi was startled and became slightly more awake. She raised her small face and glared at Lu Zhe, her big eyes full of innocence: "But... what should I do if I just can't fall asleep?"
Lu Zhe smiled and said, "That's easy. I'll buy you a bottle of melatonin. Then, when you go to sleep, give me your phone and Switch. You're not allowed to use any electronic devices. Turn off the lights and close your eyes."
Tang Qi was stunned: "Ah..."

Xue Xiaodie: "Then I'll bring my computer and graphics tablet too, I'll draw here!"
Lu Zhe: "Okay!"
Tang Qi: "This is clearly my home, why are you..."
Lu Zhe: "Do you want to wash the dishes?"
Tang Qi: "...Then I'll bring the tablet and laptop over."
After saying that, she finished her toast in a few bites, got up and went back to her bedroom.
Xue Xiaodie was the last to finish eating. As soon as she finished, Lu Zhe took away her plate and chopsticks and took them to the kitchen to wash them.
Xue Xiaodie walked up behind him and asked, "Hasn't school started yet? What is she studying?"
Without turning his head, Lu Zhe replied, "Video lessons, of course."
"Then a laptop is enough, do we still need a tablet?"
As Xue Xiaodie said this, she felt a little sad. After all, she had looked at several decent tablets, but had never bought one. For drawing, a laptop was enough, and with a graphics tablet and pen, she already spent a lot of money on electronic products. She couldn't bear to spend more money on a tablet.

Lu Zhe said, "The notebook I mentioned earlier isn't a computer; it's just for her to take notes."

After saying that, she turned and walked out of the kitchen and into Miss Tang's bedroom.
As soon as she entered, she saw Tang Qi lying on the bed, hugging a pillow, fast asleep.
Xue Xiaodie sighed: "Little Rainbow Candy, get up quickly."
Before she could finish speaking, Tang Qi smacked her lips and mumbled, "Lu Zhe, Lu Zhe..."
