Reaching one million words for the first time, I have many feelings.
When this book was first released, I was a little conflicted when I saw that the first few orders were less than one hundred.
Shouldn't we save this score for the New Year?
That was my first reaction.
But what followed was a deep sense of powerlessness.
If this one is cut, what about the next one?
If you keep cutting like this, when will you ever grow?
So at the time I thought, even if my grades aren't good, I'll still write a million words.
The author often says, "A million becomes a god."
It's not that writing a million words will necessarily make you a master, but rather that the author's writing rhythm and style will improve during that time.
I don't know if I've made any progress after writing this million-word story compared to before, but I felt uneasy when the story ended.
I only experienced this feeling once, when I finished reading Battle Through the Heavens in junior high school.
You may not have been satisfied with the rushed ending, but I still want to thank you all for your support along the way. Without you, this book might have been abandoned halfway through.
Actually, I had a lot to say before writing this reflection, but sitting in front of the computer, I couldn't seem to say anything.
Saying too much about myself seems a bit pretentious, but in the writing industry, it's a process of readers selecting authors, and authors also selecting readers.
I'm glad that my writing is enjoyed by everyone reading this on their phones; that's enough.
It may not be popular with many people, but I will try my best to write a book that everyone will like even more.
The book's average daily subscriptions for the last chapter were 1266, which is more than ten times the initial subscriptions of less than 100.
After this book, I probably won't easily cut off a book no matter what my grades are.
After all... continuing to write can't be any worse than this one, right?
